Bee Bee and I were kissing passionately in the Judge's chambers...
"I wish you had said something in law school....I was your best friend...You didn't have to be afraid of me...I doubt I would have turned you down." she said..
"Think of how much fun we could have had....Well, we are making up for it now aren't we?" I said as she wiped her lipstick off my lapel and straightened up my suit..
"I'm so proud of you, working a big trial like this." she said.
She had come down to court to watch Roger Bradley and Me.. I was acting as second chair to him.
He was now first chair due to the untimely death of Tom McGovern..
We were representing several plaintiffs against the powerful Richardson Corporation , which was accused of knowingly putting a product out with carciogenic (Cancer causing) materials in them.
This had resulted in several deaths and several diagnosis of cancer...They had since removed the product , but didn't want to be held liable for the deaths and sicknesses... They stood to lose millions.
Tom McGovern was passionate about winning this case... He didn't think Roger was serious enough, which is why he wanted some of Yvette's people....In death..He had me and Roger.
Had Tom lived, he would have been impressed with Roger Bradley...
He may have been a skirt chaser, he might have played his music a little loud in his office, but from working with him, I could see he was a very good Attorney and had done all of the legwork, the research and finding predicates that Tom needed...He did all of this himself without the use of a Private Investigator.
I piggybacked on his research and joined him in court...
The first two days of the trial...Bee Bee sat in the visitors section watching us....
The third day...Roger invited her to sit at the Attorney's table with me and him...
"Hell, she's one of ours...She sits with us.." he insisted, even though she had nothing to do with the case.
He told the Judge that she was part of the team.
Bee Bee was very grateful to him... After trial and at night...She helped me with my research and even framed part of my argument...
Roger was impressed and let her argue some points the next day...
The Opposing Attorney , Jerry Speidel, a shark if ever there was one seemed baffled.. He didn't expect us to be prepared...He didn't expect us to be this good... He clearly didn't expect us..
He like Tom McGovern thought that Roger Bradley was a young, green ,skirt chasing, rock music loving nit wit...
He knew nothing about me at all
and even less about Bee Bee...
Having Roger under indictment for murder and having a compromised juror wasn't helping him at all..Roger's murder trial would be long after this case was over and we already knew about his juror,
who by the way was still on the jury..

Meanwhile back at the office..
Sofia, Kahlil and Ms. Yvette were busy working on Roger's defense for his upcoming murder trial...
They were hoping we wrapped up this Richardson Deposition before his trial was set to begin...If not, he would have to step down as lead counsel, which would leave me and Bee Bee to handle it..
Jade walked in the office just then..
"I've got news.../I know who are mysterious 'Susie" is...
Her real name is Peyton S. Green... She was actually in law school at one time, dropped out after the second year...Took several jobs as a para-legal and administrative assistant before she was noticed by a certain Attorney named Jerry Spiedel....The one who is representing the Richardson Group... Mr. Spiedel is very good, very well renowned...Has never lost a case..Has won millions of dollars for all of his clients...Ms. Green has been rumored to have fished herself into opposing law firms when she could, to have seduced clients, jurors, other attorneys like she's doing now in order to get information...She has a P.I. license." said Jade.
''Well at least something about her is real." said Ms. Yvette sarcastically..
''She has , get this..Seven local addresses...I checked them all out...She wasn't in any of them...She moves around a lot...Never stays in any place too long.."said Jade..
''Wow...She's real quiet...I remember that much about her when she was working here as "Susie Green" she stayed to herself , except for Roger, they were always laughing and talking.." said Kahlil..
"She tried to get cozy with Tommy, but you remember what an old stick in the mud he was...No chance, so she figured she had a better chance with Roger."he added.
"Of course she did...Roger is cool, but let's face it...He's a major hound...If you say the word panties, he's ready to cum in his trousers." said Sofia..
Ms. Yvette cracked up laughing...She hugged Sofia...
"I love this girl...She is too much." she said, laughing so hard , tears were flowing from her eyes...
"I can just about figure out how this all went down...Susie or Peyton seduced Roger, she lured him to the Straight Up Motel...They had a night and early morning of hot sex....Like most guys...He was exhausted and probably asleep...She woke up, took his phone and texted Tom McGovern....Then she left...He wakes up, get's dressed and just as he's leaving..Tom pulls up and his car blows up."said Kahlil.
''That's how I see it ...and if this is true...Then this young lady is an accessory to murder...." said Jade.
"Bee and I saw her in Aqua Bar with that Juror....We just didn't know he was on the jury at that time... They went to the Straight Up Motel...Had a night of wild sex.....which unknown to him was being filmed and recorded...When he woke up...She too was gone...."said Sofia.
"And we know she's guilty of Extortion and Jury Tampering and if her boss, knows about this or put her up to it...He's equally guilty and can be disbarred."said Yvette.

In a hotel room near Penns Landing...
Peyton S. Green, alias Susie Green, Alias, Suzie Quatro, Alias Susan Peyton passed her boss a folder...
"This is the information you wanted on those Attorneys.." she said.
''Good , let me see them." he said.

''We found her apartment... and we erased her hard drive from both of her laptops and her desk top...
"Not to mention we replaced her zip drive...If she mails this to his wife...She'll see Bugs Bunny and Road Runner cartoons.
"Thanks again Kevin..." said Yvette.
"And remember...This never happened." he said ,laughing..
"Mums the word." laughed Yvette.
"That goes without saying..."laughed Jade.
What was done was of course quasi legal, but they weren't playing fair with us...We weren't bound to play fair with them either.
That afternoon on our rooftop... We were relaxing and knocking back some cold beers...
''Mannnn ,nice set up you guys got here." said Roger..marveling at the terrace on the roof of our building
as he helped himself to a bottle of beer..
"It's a little quasi legal what we did..But we had to under the circumstances ." said Yvette.
She told us that the Private Investigator, Kevin Morris and his operatives found Peyton Green's real apartment and cleaned her hard drives on her two laptops and her desktop computer and replaced her zip drive...
We had the original in a plastic bag with her grubby little fingerprints all over it... If she dared make a stink about it..we could present it as evidence of extortion and jury tampering on her part, both charges which would get her P.I. license snatched and land her in jail...
"We still have Accessory to Murder charges against her pending if we choose to use it...But she's not the big prize..we need her to flip on whoever hired her."said Jade.
''And my guess is, Attorney Jerry Spiedel.."said Bee Bee.
"That would be my guess too."said Sofia.
"I called our juror, told him he doesn't have to worry about a thing." said Kahlil..
"He may not be out of the water yet...She still has that information on her phone and check this out...Your trial date has been moved up three days Roger." I said.
"That little hooker got to somebody..This means that you have to come off of the case.." said Yvette.
"Nope! The joke is on them...I'm closing tomorrow...Keith, Bee Bee and I have more than made our case..Another two days would make it redundant and ailieanate the jury...We got this." said Roger.
"You know Roger, Tommy was wrong about you....You are a pretty astute Attorney.." said Yvette, smiling..
And at an office on Penns Landing!
''They were in my apartment!!...Somebody...They erased the laptop, both of my laptop's hard drive and my desktop computer and they replaced my zip drive....we should call the police." said Peyton..
"And tell them what? That evidence erased was evidence we were planning to use to Blackmail a juror? Are you crazy?? That's Jury tampering and extortion...Conviction of either will get both of our liscences snatched.. They apparently called in some pretty heavy big guns to pull off something like that...We'll never be able to prove it and they can never reveal what they have without turning themselves in....You still have what we need on your phone....Make our little pigeon on the jury aware of that...We still have the winning hand.."said Jeffrey Spiedel..
"Ouuu you are sooo focused.." said Peyton..."You really know how to play a guy into a hole.." she added...
''And play a young girl out of her panties.." he said, taking her into his arms and kissing her passionately..
