THE OFFICE OF ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY- KATHY HEINZ...

ADA Kathy Heinz was a good ADA  as they went...She had won her fair share of cases....

She wanted to make sure she knew who she was up against as she pored through some other pending cases she had on her desk...

She got a beautiful bouquet of roses....She smiled....

An HOUR LATER-  There was a knock on her door..

Lt. Tragg walked in and smiled...

"Good Morning Counselor...I see you got my flowers..." he said.

"Yes ,they are beautiful....Thank youuuuuuuu." she said..

He leaned in and kissed her passionately.....

"UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.......OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU, YOU ARE FORWARD LIEUTENANT!...OUUUUUUUUUUUUU!" she moaned...

"VA VA VA VOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!! I JUST CAN'T RESIST YOUUUUUUU!" he moaned.

"YOU ARE SOOOOOOOOOO BAD!!   UMMMMMMMMMMMM!" she moaned as they continued to kiss for a few minutes...

She eased out of his embrace and fixed her clothes....

She took a disinfectant wipe and wiped her lipstick imprint off of his face and his lapel...

"I need you to look into somebody for me...this person..." she said and showed him a photo...

It was a photo of Sunny Houston....

"Her name is Sunny Houston....She is the wife of this man...

William McCluskey....He is the founding partner of McClusky/Cozen/Connor and Pratt.... The law firm that our defense attorneys work for..." she said, showing him a photo of Ms. Yvette and the rest of us.

 

 

"He's their boss..He and this woman got married last Saturday...They were in the room right across from our murder....His wife has vanished without a trace...or so I am lead to believe..I think she might have heard and or seen something....I need her as a prosecution witness..I need you to find her Arthur...." said Kathy....

"I remember seeing him...I remember him going on about his wife missing.... Alright I'll look into it.."said Lt. Tragg...

"Thank you Arthur..." said Kathy....

"Then, can I find my way into your panties?" he whispered,laughing raffishly...

as they began kissing again......

"OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU, you are so baddddddd." she laughed...

"Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I don't know, maybe....." she whispered between more hot smouldering kisses...ouuuuuuu" she moaned....

AND MEANWHILE AT THE BRIDGE BUILDING!

Jade was spilling the whole thing out for us in the conference room...

"So like I said..All of Sunny Houston's credit cards and debit cards have been cancelled. Her bank account has been emptied and closed...The apartment she was living in here in Philadelphia is empty...I called them this morning...They say she moved out yesterday..."said Jade.  "And get this...There is no birth certificate for Sunny Houston in Philadelphia, Bayside or the state of Pennsylvania period or anywhere else in the United States for that matter...No school records at all.. and no employment records before two or three years ago....The social security number she uses is a phony...it belongs to someone who died in 1963....Her drivers license was issued just last year, using the phony social security number and a phony address...This woman is not who she has claimed to be. She claimed to be from Bayside...but nobody here knows her by that name Sunny Houston and I've shown her photo to two places she claimed to work..They knew her as Jane Dare and Veronica Lovette...and just like Sunny Houston, there is no Birth certificate or school records on her anywhere..and the social security numbers she used were all phony...Maybe Mr. McCluskey is lucky she left him... So get this...I met a man in Bayside yesterday, a Male Model and Video music actor named Diego Manolo... He claims that Sunny is HIS WIFE....and that she vanished on him too and he traced her to Bayside..... I kept digging and found out she was married to an investment banker from Pittsburgh named Vic Dare and  a Judge from Harrisburg named  John Lovette...None of these marriages are valid, including our boss William McCluskey, because she is still legally married to a man named Clyde Tann, who owns an Investment company in Pittsburg...Her real name is Georgia...Georgia Tann....I found a birth certificate for her from Pittsburg and school records and a work history...that leads from her birth up until about 10 years ago when she vanished off the map..." said Jade. 

 "Oh My God! WHO WAS HE MARRIED TO!" said Ms. Yvette.

"She could be anywhere right now!"I said.

"She probably is..and I'm guessing it's out of state." said Bee Bee.

"She must have gotten up early that morning and heard the murder going down..."said Sofia.

"Not only that....but actually seen the murderer...Being a grifter,maybe it was someone in the underworld she knew and who knew her, forcing her to have to run."said Kahlil.

"Kahlil, you're absolutely right..Other than being a Bigamist and obviously guilty of fraud on many levels...Is there any reason the police would want to go after her?" asked Jade to no one in particular..

"If The D.A.'s Office have come to the same conclusion you have, yes...she would make an excellent prosecution witness...The thing is...we would want to get her and question her first." said Virginia, always with sage legal advice.

II-

Naturally, Lt. Tragg went to our old office building and our old office space and found nothing... Not us, but a dark office with locked doors..

"I DON'T BELIEVE THIS...ARE THEY EVER AT WORK??" he bellowed...

He found an attorney who worked there... Patricia Reynolds, a former judge and the wife of Percy Reynolds....

"Mr. McCluskey is out of town...He didn't say where, but he has been just ruined with his wife disappearing and the day after their wedding... He's out of town...I don't know where..but he is expected back in the office in a few days....I'll pass this message on that you wish to speak to him... Yvette?? uh oh she and her team may be in court today...I do know they are working on at least two different cases..." said Patty..

"Thank you....if you see any of them, even the snot nosed youngins....You tell them that I want to see them..." said Lt. Tragg.

"I certainly will." said Patty with a smile.

Within an hour to Lt. Tragg's surprise... we all showed up in his office.

"I don't believe this...I'll have to put this on my calender...I actually got in contact with you and your crew..." said Lt. Tragg... 

 

 " We always co-operate with law enforcement Lieutenant." said Yvette, smiling..

''Save the act Vettie.. I need a location on your Boss, William McCluskey and his missing bride, Sunny Houston..." said Lt. Tragg.

"We don't know where Mr. McCluskey is...He hasn't been around since his wife vanished..I believe he is out of town.." I said.

"And his wife...Sunny Houston....Even he couldn't tell you where she is...She vanished right after the wedding...That's why he's in seclusion." said Bee Bee.

"So that's the party line eh?  This is the second time today I've heard this." said Lt. Tragg snidely..

"There's no party line...That's the truth....We don't know where Mr. McCluskey is...but he did say he should be returning in a few days..." said Sofia, a little angry at the way Lt. Tragg just wrote people off...It was probably the reason why he arrested so many innocent people.

''And as for Sunny Houston....That's not even her real name... Tell him, Jade."said Kahlil.

''Well if you're looking for her, look for these names..aliases...Jane  Dare, Veronica Lovette,Georgia Tann and of course Sunny Houston..She's probably going to use one of these names...or perhaps a new name...." said Yvette.

''Well, I can't believe it....You guys were actually helpful.. Okay.....I know your client is staying with Nancy Green by the way....but I thank you for your forthrightness...I would wish you good luck in court, but you know I can't right?" he said, laughing.. 

 "But of course....See you Lieutenant!" said Ms. Yvette as we exited..

"Happy Hunting." I said.

Bee Bee, Sofia, Kahlil and Jade said nothing...they just followed Ms. Yvette..

Yvette's husband, Gary was waiting for us when we left...

"Well Hello... I didn't expect to see you guys here.." he said, smiling.. 

 "Garrry! Hiiiiiiiiiiii, I didn't expect to run into you....." said Yvette, glad to see her husband..

They kissed each other passionately....

"Hi Gary...We were just coming from Lt. Tragg's office." I said.

"Yeah he summoned us."laughed Bee Bee sarcastically..

''And you guys actuallly showed up huh?" laughed Gary...

"You can mark that on your calender..."laughed Sofia.

"Yeah one for the books.."laughed Kahlil.

"I have no faith in him locating her before I do...but you never know, he might get lucky.."said Jade.

"He won't...My money is on you guys.He won't even look for her."laughed Gary... "And how is my little winner?" he said, scooping Ms. Yvette in his arms as the rest of us walked toward the train station..

Kissing her passionately...

"OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!! Just finnneeee." said Yvette, blushing.....She loved being married and having someone adore her this much.

That night we all were the guests of our friends and across the street neighbors, Olivia Bennett-Alexander and Beverly West...

"Thanks for having us over for dinner Olivia." said Yvette...

"We missed you guys....I know you're in court and all.." said Olivia...

"We are working an immigration case with Jessica and Chip here.." said Beverly...

"Always a pleasure to work with either of you guys and their teams." said Jessica.

"Didn't you guys just finish a case?" asked Bee Bee..

''Sure did...Sometimes our case load is as bad as when we were Public Defenders..." said Jessica's husband, Chip...

"It could never be that."laughed Olivia.

"Okay, dinner's ready...everybody grab a plate and make a plate..."said Alfreda, who had helped Olivia Beverly and Donnie Ray prepare the meal...They were all excellent cooks...We loved when we came over here for dinner..

 

 "Ouuuuuuuu Olivia , everything looks and smells delicious..." said Ms. Yvette...Happy to be home and in the company of friends...

"Yes it does...Thanks again for inviting us.." said Gary..

"Yes, thanks for inviting us." I said.

''What a day we've had.."said Bee Bee.

"What a couple of days we've had girlfriend." said Sofia..

''Well tomorrow , we go back to working on this case.."said Kahlil.

"The Boss Man comes back tomorrow...I've got to give him a report..

''Wonder how he'll handle it?" asked Danny.

"I imagine he won't be happy....but he's off the hook..He's not married to her..." said Virginia..

 "Chalk it up to life experiences.."sighed Jetty...

"I hope there is enough room for everybody... "said Olivia..

 

"I've got some chairs and I can bring another table in here."said Donnie Ray...

"I think everybody's good.."said Beverly..

Nelson, Josie, Paris, Bresha and Tony were busy eating and enjoying their food...

Alfreda fixed a plate for herself and her husband, Rockland..

Rockland smiled, looking around the room....He had once battled all of these attorneys in court...And now they were his neighbors and closest friends.

And downtown at ADA Kathy Heinz's apartment...Lt. Tragg couldn't wait to tell her the news of his "findings."

He failed to tell Kathy that he had gotten this information from us...He was taking full credit.

She was sitting in her living room in her apartment in a nightgown, barely dressed..

"Myyyyy, I'm impressed.." she said. "You uh could have uh told me this in the morning...but uh...I suppose it was urgent for you.." said ADA Kathy Heinz, eyeing the huge bulge in his trousers that was sticking out like a circus tent...

"Yes it is....verrrry urgent." said Lt. Tragg, taking her in his arms and kissing her....

"UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM YOU'VE BEEN WANTING TO DO THIS SINCE WE MET HAVEN'T YOU?" she asked..

"COULDN'T YOU TELL?" he asked..

"UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM  YES!" she moaned...

"OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU ARTHUR, THIS ISN'T RIGHT...WE SHOULDN'T BE DOING THIS...WE'VE GOT TO WORK TOGETHER ON THIS CASE..." she moaned in between more kisses..

"WE ARE WORKING TOGETHER!!! OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" he cried out..

and that "work" led to the bedroom and  lovemaking....

"AWWWWWWWWWWWW...AWWWWWWWWWWWWWW SWEET BABY!! AWWWWW LAWWWD!" he cried out...

"UMMMMMMMMMMMMM...OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU ARTHUR...ARTHUR...OUUUUUUUUUUUARTHUR!" she cooed..

For the next NINE TO TEN HOURS...They made furious love....The bed squeaking something terrible and the headboard softly slamming against the wall...both of them near delirium...not knowing if they were coming or going...

"UMMMMMMMMMM ARTHUR...." she moaned..

"OHHHHHHHHHHHHH SWEET BABYYYY!" he cried out..

The next morning..

It was business as usual..

Bee Bee and Sofia were doing research...looking up predicates, simular cases and laws used in them and general laws pretaining to a case like this in general....

Kahlil and I were studying the autopsy report and looking at crime scene photos and going over witness statements.... We had a hearing in a few days...

Out front, Ms. Yvette, Ms. Jade and Ms. Virginia talked and enjoyed coffees...

''Whether we find Sunny Houston or whoever she is or not...We still can present a decent defense for Harrison....The State's case is as usual very weak."said Ms. Yvette.

"With Lieutenant Rush to Judgement Tragg involved...how can it be anything but.?" said Jade..

"Let me take these coffees in to the kids." said Virginia...

Just then , Bonnie Shay walked in....She was a fellow Attorney ,who also happened to be an Insurance investigator for Cyclops Insurance Company.

"Hi Vettie, Jade, Virginia.... I've been meaning to get over here and talk to you...but I got caught up in another case....I know you're getting ready to defend Harrison Fields in the Dexter Lewis murder case..and that's why I'm here...Something you should know....Whatever else Dexter Fields was...He was not an embezzler...He contacted me about two years ago, when he was still missing and I looked deeply into his claims of innocence.. Turns out he was telling the truth...He did not embezzle almost one million dollars....but you know who did? Someone that suddenly resigned from his company and then went to work for Dexter's fiance's consulting company...This man..." said Bonnie...and she pulled out a glossy of the culprit..

"Well I'll be...It all makes sense now.." said Yvette..

"Think he'll be at the trial?" asked Jade..

"I'm certain of it...and I've got an idea on how to trap him." said Yvette...
