''So, he's Bi-sexual..and from what I've gleaned...He was in the closet..Perhaps the victim, Mr. Lesane who has 13 arrests and only 1 conviction for Male prostitution was blackmailing him.. "I uh came to apologize and uh to tell you that the government is dropping the Wire Fraud Case against Michael.... While I was locked up...uh FBI agents took a further look and uh ruh deemed it to be without Merit." said Todd.

"So you were going to wreck my case....You wrecked my courtroom and embarrassed the hell out of me over faulty evidence... YOU JUMPED THE GUN....You're as bad as someone else..The Case Detective working this case.." said Vanessa, who couldn't bring herself to stay mad at Todd.

"I looked into your case a bit... Michael wasn't the only one to go speeding out of that parking lot that night...You might want to look into this guy..

He's a rapper....

"I know him....That's Krazy Dee....He's...he's..." asked Vanessa.

"He's in that life...He's semi -closeted.. I thought you'd uh better look into him...Jade Lee

Yvette's Investigator has already looked into him...The two were seen having a very loud ,very public argument on the street that same night..." said Todd. "That's more than uh Lt. Tragg is going to dig up." Todd continued.

"And the most serious charge to go.." said Kahlil..

"Here is a burner phone....."said Sofia, passing him the phone.

"Do not call our business phones or our personal phones...,Until this trial is over you contact us at this number...using this phone...We all carry this phone in addition to our personal and business phones." said Sofia.

"I've seen your condo...It's hella fly, so you probably aren't going to check in to a hotel or anything, but keep a low profile...The lowest....Go grocery shopping, pick up your dry cleaning and stay home..No clubbing." said Bee Bee.

"I have to be in at 9:00, what clubbing can I do?" asked Pascha..

We all burst into laughter..

"He's got a point." said Kahlil.

"He can't even go with us to Salsa night at Aqua Bar tonight,." said Sofia.

"Awwwwwwwwwwwww" said Bee Bee.

"He'll have plenty of time to go , after we get him off on these murder charges." I said.

''Wow, everything is so high tech and cloak and dagger with you guys...I love it." said Pascha.

Out in the front office...

''And where are you going?"asked Virginia, smiling..

"I've going to bring us back some of the best coffee made in Philadelphia from that coffee Yvette goes to and some Cubans off of that truck in front of here." said Jetty, smiling.

Jade walked in...She tossed Jetty's keys to Bee Bee..

''He said for you to drive Pascha home and then take the car and get it washed and detailed and fill it up with gas," said Jade.

"Ouuuuuu weeeeeeeeee."laughed Bee Bee, Jetty ,like all of us knew how she liked driving and loved cars in general...

"I'm calling Shotgun.." I said.

"Where Will I sit?" asked Pascha jokingly..

"In the back with me and Sofia."joked Kahlil.

We all Laughed..

Jade plopped a photo down on the table.

''Do you know this guy?"she asked..

"I know who that is...That's Krazy Dee..." said Sofia.

"He's a Hip Hop Artist...A Local Guy...." said Bee Bee.

"He performed at Josie's recently.." I said.

"Biggest and Youngest crowd they had in there in awhile." said Kahlil

"Is he Gay? I've heard of him...Vaugely.." said Ms. Yvette.. We were all shocked.

"He's uh , Fluid, sexually...Like me, he uh likes Men and women....He's got a son by one woman and a daughter by another woman...He keeps his activities with men kind of uh undercover..." said Pascha.

''So Yanka doesn't know about your uh secret life." said Sofia.

"No...She didn't until I got arrested and Lt. Tragg blabbed it to the press....People at my job at the Legal Ethics Board didn't know...until he came around asking questions.... I haven't been with a man in a year and a half.. I decided I like women better...So I began dating Yanka..Exclusively...." said Pascha.

"But you do know Krazy Dee?" asked Ms. Yvette.

"Yes...He and I were a thing...a few years back...We split Amicably...We both cheated on each other with girls...Then He began helping me with my Podcast and my Tik Tok, Instagram and internet presence...I was dating Kyle Lesane then... They took a liking to each other and soon they became lovers...I was above all that...I was seeing Yanka then.." said Pascha.

"I need a scorecard to keep up with this." I said.

Bee Bee, Sofia, Kahlil and even Ms. Yvette, howled with laughter at my remark..

''Here is what we know.. You and Kahlil entered the Restaurant at around 8:00 pm and had your meal and conducted business...We have the credit card receipts and video of you two eating and talking.. we know you left the restaurant at 10:15 pm...Kahlil's car was parked on the street...He got a ticket...Your car was on the 22nd floor of that parking lot... You paid and you sped out at 10:27 pm... Kyle's body was dropped off that roof in between 10:15 and 10:30 pm." said Jade.

"I was on the 22nd Floor....They say Kyle was dropped from the 24th floor.. I never saw him...I had no idea he was in the area." said Pascha..

"This man is the only man who places you at the scene of the crime.. His name is Adam Clarke, he's the manager of the parking lot..He's also an ex detective , who was dismissed from the force for reasons unknown a few years ago... Couldn't have been too bad.. He got his full pension....He says your car was parked on the 24th floor." said Jade.

"That's a lie...I was on the 22nd floor.." said Pascha.

"We need a way to prove that.." said Kahlil..

"Maybe...Maybe not...We'll look at some other angles.." said Ms. Yvette.. "Did you know that Krazy Dee and Kyle were in a very loud and violent argument just minutes earlier, while you two were still in the restaurant..? There were several witnesses...He's already been questioned and he admitted to having an argument but said he never went into the parking lot."said Ms. Yvette.

"He wouldn't...He doesn't own a car, believe it or not...He has a license, but does not have a car..Somebody probably picked him up. I never saw him that night."said Pascha.

''And I'm going to find out who picked him up and where they went.." said Jade.

Out in the front office..

"Yeah, he's a smart aleck...The nerve of that guy thinking his weak assed Wire Fraud case trumps a murder charge....The Judge, who I don't even like agreed with me though....And get this.. the case was so weak...The FBI guys deemed that it was without merit and dropped the charges...Now Imagine that...They would have snatched this guy from us and then had to drop the charges...This guy would have walked scott free..." said Lt. Tragg..

"I saw them lawyers of his a few days ago in Sam Mothers...You think they got a shot at gettin this guy off?" asked Hank.

''Not a chance Hankie.. This guy is guilty.. His butt buddy was blackmailing him..threatening to tell his girl about his other night time activities...Can you imagine that? This guy is engaged to a nice looking girl and likes guys too...What a freak." said Lt. Tragg..

"Hey what are you gonna do huh?" laughed Henry Clarke..

We dropped Pascha off at his Condo, then we rode around a bit..before putting a full tank of gas in the car.. we then took it to the carwash and got it washed and detailed.....

Ms. Virginia was not with us tonight... She and Jetty were back at her apartment..

"To Tell you the truth...This goes back as far as when Me, Sissy, Duke, Tyriq and Angie were uniformed cops riding around in a squad car...Hankie Clarke was already a detective in Robbery -Homicide... Danny Ho hadn't put on his shield yet..and Lt . Tragg and Captain Cantrell were just Detectives,..Hankie was involved in some kind of scandal...I don't know what it was... he had a sterling record...no write ups, high closure rate...I heard he was asked to retire and told if he didn't there would be serious consequences...So he did.got his full pension...But nobody knows why or what he did. He apparently pissed off some higher up.." said Gary.
