Bee Bee and I were enjoying asweet,slow sensuous kiss over by the Judge's Chambers...

"Mmmmmmm noooo, we are not going into the Judges Chambers...If we di we won't make trial this morning." she cooed..

Likewise... Sofia and Kahlil were also kissing over by a door to the courthouse...

"Ouuuuuuuu Papi, if Keith and Bee Bee weren't over by the Judges Chambers ,I'd pull you right inside where we'd have some privacy..." Sofia cooed..

"Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, nooooo, we wouldn't make it to trial this morning...I'm ready to take your clothes off right nowwww." moaned Kahlil...

It was 8:30...We had all had breakfast at Sam Mother's Diner without incident and was at court early....

Gary stopped by the courtroom with a cup of coffee in a styrofoam cup...

"Ouuuuu thank you...For that you get a kiss." said Ms. Yvette..

She gave Gary a nice long, soft kiss.....

Our client, Pascha Michael was standing by the door of the courthouse, kissing his fiance, Yanka..

"Ohhhhhhhhh, I'm ready to take your clothes off right now...." he moaned..

"There will be more time to make love after you are acquitted." she said.

They kissed passionately....

He couldn't be on the street after nine...but that didn't stop her from visiting..

She had stopped by his condo at 9:30

He had slipped her panties down..

Assistant District Attorney, Vanessa Stevens and Assistant U.S. Attorney Todd Dellums walked up the courtroom steps hand in hand.. They had made up...

''Never" he said, still aroused from last night..

Lt. Tragg was walking up the courthouse steps...He saw Vanessa and Todd kissing...He was disgusted..He had hoped they'd still be angry at each other... He saw me and Bee Bee, Kahlil and Sofia

and Yvette and Gary....all kissing.. Like the bully he was, he looked for the softest target...

Pascha and Yanka..

"WELLLLLLLLLLL BUTT BOY....KISSING A WOMAN TODAY....WILL YOU BE KISSING A MAN TOMORROW?" he snarled loudly for everyone to hear....

"YOU PIG!!!....LEAVE US ALONE!" screamed Yanka, who gave him a swift kick to the shin....

"OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!" Yelled Lt. Tragg, grabbing his leg and falling into the wall, losing his balance and falling to the ground..

Ms. Jade was coming into the courthouse just in time to see it.. She was again laughing so hard that she fell up against the wall laughing hysterically...

"Now there is a girl after my own heart." said Bee Bee.

"She'll keep Pascha straight when they get married.. No pun intended.."said Sofia.

I cracked up laughing..

So did Kahlil...

Lt. Tragg thought we were laughing at him...He got to his feet and angrilly marched over to us..

"GO AHEAD AND LAUGH!! ENJOY IT!! SEE IF YOU'RE LAUGHING WHEN YOUR LOSER CLIENT GOES TO DEATH ROW!!!" he screamed to the top of his lungs..

"LEAVE THEM ALONE!!! THEY DIDN'T SAY OR DO ANYTHING TO YOU!!!" said Yvette.....

"YOUR MOMMY SAID FOR ME TO LEAVE YOU ALONE!" he sneered at us and angrily stormed off..

Today had already started out bad for him..

Today was the first day of the Preliminary Hearing...

Judge Clemmons arrived ,looking sexy and glamorous as usual..

For the next three days ADA Vanessa Stevens argued that our client,

Pascha Michael...An aide to Judge Jetty Dukes

who had taken a break from kissing Ms. Virginia at our office and was actually at the hearing... Had criminally assaulted Kyle Lesane in a parking lot and had dropped him 24 floors to his death in the street.

The Reason why...They had had a lovers quarrel and Mr. Lesane was blackmailing Mr. Michael ,threatening to expose his double life as a closeted Bi-sexual man to his female fiance.

Ms. Yvette argued that all of that was hearsay and that our client had ended his relationship with Mr. Lesane a year and a half before and the two were on good terms..

Sofia even produced recorded testimony from Pascha's Podcast in which Mr. Lesane was a guest, recorded three weeks before his death.

With my wife, Bee Bee, Sofia and Kahlil, we presented the same six character witnesses we produced at the arraignment....

ADA Stevens was good, I had to give it to her...On cross, she asked each individual if they knew that Pascha was Bi-sexual... Only one did...The other five had no clue... They had seen him only with Yanka.

Yanka was brought to the stand....She was asked if she knew Pascha was Bi-sexual.. She said she did not until after he was arrested and "Lt. Blabbermouth....I mean Tragg blabbed it to the world." she said.

This brought, Jade, Me, Bee Bee, Sofia, Kahlil and even ADA Stevens to raucous laughter....

Lt. Tragg was livid at being made the butt of the joke.

Even Judge Clemmons was laughing...She was no fan of the Lieutenant either.

Getting serious again, Ms. Yvette argued that Pascha had a right to his privacy and he was under no obligation to discuss his sexual history or past proclivities with his co-workers or anyone else for that matter..." He had a right to privacy and this alone doesn't make him guilty of murder." she argued.

Sofia and I argued that not bit of forensic evidence has been produced placing my client at the scene..

No Blood, No scratches on his car and no DNA of any kind linked to Pascha.

Bee Bee produced a video photo taken of Pascha's car on the 22nd floor..Where he claimed he parked.

Unfortunately the camera on the 24th floor was broken and not working that night..

"How convenient for you." said ADA Stevens snidely..

The fourth day of the preliminary hearing ended.

"You guys are doing good in there...The Prosecution doesn't have a lot....Her entire case is made up on Hearsay.."said Jetty Dukes.

"Considering who made the arrest, Are you surprised?"asked Jade.

Jetty laughed... "No Not at all."

Ms. Jade passed Ms. Yvette and envelope...

She opened it and read the contents...Her eyes got as large as saucers...

"Oh My God!! This might explain a lot." she said. she showed it to us..

''Hmmmm Interesting." I said.

''Very Interesting." said Bee Bee.

"This would shock the hell out of Lt. Tragg." said Sofia.

''True Evidence would." said Kahlil.

''Would it be asking too much for you to get me some more evidence? This case is empty..."said ADA Vanessa Stevens to Lt. Tragg.

"Look ,I brought you in a good case..." said Lt. Tragg.

"NO YOU DID NOT!!!! THERE IS NO FORENSIC EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER ,NO PRINTS, NO DNA and one faulty eyewitness...EVEN THE MOTIVE IS MORE LIKE HEARSAY...THESE TWO HADN'T BEEN TOGETHER FOR A YEAR AND A HALF...HE'S ENGAGED!! AND THERE IS NO PROOF HE WAS BEING BLACKMAILED.... They're destroying me up there...Now recanvass the scene, Talk to some more people....Bring me something!!!" said Vanessa Stevens..

"Listen, you work your side of the street, and I'll work mine...I don't tell you how to practice law, you don't tell me how to be a cop!" snarled Lt. Tragg as he angrilly walked away..

''Asshole" she said under her breath..

The Night engulfs a lot of secrets...but it doesn't hide them....

We had been enjoying Salsa Night at Aqua Bar and then traveled to Stoleys Afterwords.

Wednesday Night, Stoleys.. Buy one , get two free...Who could beat that?

''I'm so glad we came in Olivia's buses...I'm as drunk as a fish.." said Jazzy..

Her husband, Dabnis had his hands up under her skirt, rubbing her legs and palming her butt.. She didn't even try to remove his hands...She just looked at him and giggled.

''You Horny Bastard..." she laughed..

"Ummmm that I am..."laughed Dabnis, who was drunk himself..

Jessica leaned her head into her husbands shoulder...

"We need to be going home papi...Mami is a little buzzed and hella horny.." she whispered..

Chip's eyes got as large as saucers....

''Ummmmmmmmmm somebody is going to get more Boo Boo than they can handle tonight." said Kayla leaning up against her husband's shoulder...

A known Gay Hustler, who bartended here at times was having a pretty intimate conversation with Hank Clarke,

the former cop and parking lot owner....They were getting ready to kiss, when they thought better of it and decided to just leave...

Jade was across the street..She had snapped a photo of the two of them in Aqua Bar earlier and now she snapped some telling photos of them walking out of Stoleys, hand on hand.

It was quite revealing..

So the next night in Curleys..

''How's your trial going Artie?" asked Hank Clarke.

''Ahhhhhh this babe is blowing it..I gave her an open and shut case and she's letting them Ivy Leaguers practically run her out of court..." said Lt. Tragg as they both quaffed down their beer.

"When it gets to trial.. She'll do better...With a jury and all." said Hankie.

Jade strode bravely up to both men,

She plopped a subpoena into Hank Clarke's lap...

"You talk very plainly to Lt. Tragg about what happened that night at your garage... Mrs. Yvette Jones Lockwood would like you to talk plainly to us and the Judge." said Jade.

"WHYYYY YOUUUUU!!!!" snarled Hank Clarke..

"COME HERE!!" snarled an angry Lt. Tragg....

"SORRY, I've got somewhere else to be." smiled Jade, who politely walked out of the bar and got into her car and pulled off.

Friday Morning, The last day of The Prosecutions part of the preliminary..

"The prosecution has concluded their part of this hearing. Mrs. Jones-Lockwood would you like to present a defense or wait until trial?" asked Judge Cummings..

"Your honor, we would like to present a defense... We call to the stand, Dwayne Hutchins, known by his stage name of "Krazy Dee" said Yvette.

Krazy Dee reluctantly took the stand.. Although his true sexuality had been rumored and widely spoke about in dis tracks by other rappers, It was not widely known that Krazy Dee was also a closeted Bi-sexual man... He was furious that this trial had "Put him on Front Street" as he said.

"Mr. Dee on the night in question. You and the Deceased were seen on the street in front of a popular Moroccan Restaurant having a rather loud argument...would you care to elaborate?" I asked.

"No I wouldn't." he said defiantly...

"OBJECTION...RELEVANCE!"said ADA Vanessa Stevens..

''It goes to motive your honor and establishes a time line of events." I said.

"Over ruled...Answer the question." said the Judge.

"We were having an argument.. Kyle and I...We were supposed to be getting together as a couple..but his old boyfriend, this old dude couldn't accept that Kyle wanted to move on....We argued but I did not go up into that parking lot...I didn't have a car up there." said Krazy Dee.

"We know that...Is the old dude you two were arguing over here in the court house." asked Bee Bee.

"Yeah, it's that guy over there.." he said and pointed to Hank Clarke, who was trying to ease down in his chair...

"That's a lie...You Lying Fruit...." screamed Hank Clarke..

"HANKIE? YOU?? YOU'RE GAY???" said a very surprised Lt. Tragg..

"Everything surprises you, doesn't it?" said ADA Stevens to Lt. Tragg derisively.

"We call Mr. Henry Clarke to the stand.."said Yvette.

Hank Clarke walked to the stand...He was sweating bullets...

''Mr. Clarke, you made sure that Lt. Tragg had photos of Judge Jetty duke's car, driven by my client, Pascha Michael coming out of that parking lot.. but our Investigator went back and looked at more photos from that night this is YOUR car coming out, about five minutes after my client came out..We got a photo of the license plate..It's yours." said Sofia.

"I manage the joint, it's my lot..."said a very nervous Hank Clarke..

"You managed to hide your secret life from everybody for years...That you yourself are actually a closeted Gay man...Is that not true?" asked Kahlil.

"Lies, Lies, All Lies.." said Hank Clarke.

"It's the reason you got divorced.. Your ex- wife caught you and the then 17 year old son of the Deputy of Operations of the Philadelphia police department in the bed. When the Deputy of Operations was informed of this.. He couldn't fire you...It would bring attention, unwanted attention on his son and family...So he offered you a deal...Early Retirement, Full pension and benefits.. If you didn't take it, he'd expose the entire tawdry story, isn't that so Mr. Clarke..?" asked Yvette.

"YES!" he said, Tears streaming down his face.

"You were carrying on a secret sexual relationship with Kyle Lesane for nearly two years, only he occassionally stepped out on you, First with my client...and then with Krazy Dee.. Isn't that why YOU killed Kyle Lesane?" asked Bee Bee.

"YESSSSSSSS....YESSSSSSSsS...I KILLED HIM...I LOVED THAT BOY!!!! He was steppin out on me with that, that Thug Rapper, That fake Thug Rapper...That Phony...He was going to leave me..." said Hank Clarke, shaking and crying.. "ARGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" he cried in anguish..

"Bailiffs take this man into custody..."said Judge Cummings..

"In Lieu of this shocking new information, the people move to dismiss all charges against Pascha Michael." said ADA Stevens..

''So Moved...Mr. Michael, you are free to go." said Judge Cummings.

The Bailifs removed the ankle monitoring bracelet from Pascha's leg...

"Ohhhhh thank you guys so much...I'm so glad to be free...So Glad."said Pascha, hugging all of us.

"Thank You, Thank you for freeing my Pascha." said Yanka..

''All in a days work...Good Luck to you both." said Yvette.

'You are quite welcome." I said.

"Good Luck to the both of you.." said Bee Bee.

''Yes, Good Luck to the both of you.."said Sofia.

"Good Luck to the both of you and good luck on your new business venture." said Kahlil.

''All in a days work...Good Luck to you both." said Jade , who once again had done an excellent job investigating.

"Vettie, Keith, Beatrice, Sofia, Kahlil and Jade, thanks again....You did great work...Unfortunately now I gotta break in a new assistant, but that's okay.." said Jetty...

''Hankie...Gay!! I never woulda thought it." said a stunned Lt. Tragg..

''A whole lot you never would have thought... I hope I never ever work another case with you again...You are the absolute worst detective I have ever met." said an angry ADA Vanessa Stevens saying what 90 percent of her colleagues said.

Walking away...

The Press let Lt. Tragg have it again...

''Damn Artie once again you dropped the ball." said a reporter.

"One more word Lou...One more word and I'm gonna drop you..." snarled an angry and embarrassed Lt. Tragg..

''Haven't you been beat up enough this week??.." said the reporter..

Lt. Tragg was in no mood for anymore fisticuffs... He simply turned and walked off the stage...

Ms. Jade was at a distance, laughing uncontrollably......

''Come on let's get out of here...let's go home." said Ms. Yvette.

"Now you're talking." said bee Bee..

"Yesssss!" said Sofia.

We were off for the day...She had already called Ms. Virginia and told her to close up the office.

"I couldn't think of a better idea." said Kahlil.

I looked at my watch...It was a little after 1:00 PM... Quittin time." I thought.

EPILOUGE-

Hank Clarke was convicted of First Degree Murder and Sentenced to Life....

At Ms. Virginia's apartment..

"I heard Yvette and the guys sprung your boy...They're good, the case didn't have to go to trial."said Virginia.

"Yvette and her crew are good...

No lie there, but they had help.. Lt. Tragg is such a lousy detective, He overlooked other possible suspects, He didn't look at all of the other evidence that was right there in front of him...I felt sorry for that Assistant District Attorney..

"She's new and already she's saying she never wants to work another case he's involved in.." laughed Jetty.

''Nothing new there....I can't say that I blame her....Well the trial is over, Once again ole Lt. Tragg has egg on his face and all is well that ends well." laughed Virginia.
