COURTROOM A- 9:00 AM

We were with our client, Pascha Michael ,at his arraignment.. He had been arrested for the murder of his former lover, Kyle Lesane..

We were awaiting the arrival of the Judge.. Judge Elise Clemmons..

"This is the first time in my life I've ever been in any kind of trouble." said Pascha.

"Believe it or not...That is in your favor." said Yvette.

"We're on time...and you have no priors...Ms. Yvette is right...Just relax Pascha."I said.

"Yes, we'll have you out of here in a jiff...."said Bee Bee.

"We've been through this many times before."said Sofia.

"Yeah and we got a real good ,forward thinking Judge.." said Kahlil..

"Piece of Cake." assured Ms. Jade.

Piece of Cake? You would think so....We've been through this process before and with more hostile Judges and been successful...Just another day? You would think so...And for all of those reasons., today was not going to be that kind of day..

Beautiful sexy judge, Elise Cummings walked into the courtroom...

Assistant District Attorney Vanessa Stevens was presiding over this case..We had all met her, she was the girlfriend of Assistant U.S. Attorney Todd Dellums...

We knew her and liked her...We had never tried a case against her...which made this a little awkward, but never the less...pretty normal stuff in the day of an Attorney.

Lt. Tragg was there, naturally sitting next to Vanessa....He was checking out her huge breasts...You couldn't be a straight male and not look at them...

The Arguments began..

Ms. Yvette argued that our client has close ties to the community, was not a flight risk and had no priors and should be granted reasonable bail...

"He doesn't have so much as a traffic ticket your honor." argued Ms. Yvette.

ADA Stevens argued that due to the "cruelty" of the murder....(The victim was dragged, clawing and struggling for their life in a parking lot and dropped to their death from 24 stories into the street...)"This man was a public menace and should be kept off the streets."

Kahlil argued that nothing was further from the truth and that Pascha Michael had no juvie record and no adult priors, not even a traffic ticket, going back over what Ms. Yvette had said.

I, along with Bee Bee and Sofia brought out 6 character witnesses, two a piece , who testified to Pascha's kindness and genorosity...and overall good charactor, saying they couldn't believe he was capable of a monstrous crime like this.

Lt. Tragg was seen playing an invisible violin after the testimonies was through and smirking..

This incensed Judge Cummings who already did not like Lt. Tragg...

"Lieutenant, I will not have such demonstrations in my courtroom...Do you understand? A man's life is in jeopardy here....This is not a matter to be made light of... I am releasing the plaintiff on his own recognizance, but I also rule that an electronic ankle monitoring system be attached to his ankle so that he can be monitored around the clock. You can visit your attorneys...but you can not leave the city of Philadelphia until after your trial is completed and your curfew is 9:00 pm." she said.

ADA Vanessa Stevens was incensed...She looked at Lt. Tragg. His childish behavior had immediately turned the Judge against them...She didn't say anything...but even he knew she was displeased..

"I told you Pascha....We go through this procedure all the times...We rarely if ever lose..This was better than most...You were freed without any bail having to be put up." said Kahlil.

"Yes...It is a relief to not have to spend but a few hours in jail." said Pascha.

"You can thank your boss. Jefferson T. Dukes..."said Bee Bee smiling..

"Better known as Jetty....He came to us as soon as he heard you were arrested..." said Sofia.

"Yes and we were able to find a good Judge and get you out like clockwork." said Jade.

Bee Bee, Sofia and Jade watched as the Baillif attached the Electronic Ankle Monitoring device to Pascha's Ankle.

"Thank You Lieutenant....We couldn't have done this without you." joked Yvette..

Lt. Tragg scowled his displeasure...He hated being the butt of the joke..

ADA Vanessa Stevens gave him the serious side eye...

Piece of Cake right? Wrong...Everything was about to go sideways..

AUSA Todd Dellums showed up

with a squad of FBI agents....

"I'm sorry to have to do this your honor....but we are going to have to take this person out of your court into our court..." he explained.. "I have a warrant for his arrest that supersedes yours..

"WHAT? YOU CAN'T DO THAT...I'M TRYING HIM ON MURDER CHARGES!" said ADA Stevens, his girlfriend..

"WHAT?" asked Ms. Yvette.

"WHAT? " I asked, astounded..

"Todd, what are you doing?" asked Bee Bee, who was once engaged to him..

"Yes, what are you doing?" asked Sofia.

"You can't do this!" said Kahlil.

Jade was silent...

"I most certainly can...I have a Federal Warrant for his arrest on Wire Fraud Charges..."said Todd Dellums.

"THE HELL YOU DO! " said Lt. Tragg..

How ironic....We were all lined up on the same side against Todd Dellums..And this is how it all went sideways.

"Todd, The state's First Degree Murder Charge supersedes your warrant for Wire Fraud.."said ADA Vanessa Stevens..

"I'm afraid it doesn't.." said Todd stubbornly...

"You need to back off Federalli and back off right now..I mean it.. We got him for Murder one and that takes precedent over your silly little warrant." snarled Lt. Tragg, who despised Todd Dellums.

"You'd better button your lip Keystone Copper before I button it for you." said Todd..

"Oh Yeahhhhhh?" said Lt. Tragg, who was frustrated at Dellum's federal agents spying on him and getting arrested everytime he went near one of us...and just itching for some revenge...

He belted Todd Dellums in the jaw, spinning him around..

Todd Dellums punched him in his face with 17 lefts and 17 Rights and hit him in his stomach,,backing him up... He landed 6 more left and six more rights to his face...Lt. Tragg was taking a beating..

Lt. Tragg was so angry he hit Todd in his face with 17 lefts and 17 rights of his own and delivered an uppercut which sent him flying into a row of chairs and knocked over a table that had a huge pitcher of water that spilled over on Todd's head..

Todd got to his feet quickly and grabbed Lt. Tragg and the two men traded punches. Todd hit Lt. Tragg with a right that sent him flying into another table,knocking it over... and the other pitcher of cold water splashing on his head..Lt. Tragg rolled on the floor ,which sent a howl of laughter from Jade..

who was enjoying the whole thing...

Kahlil ,Pasha and I might as well have been at the movies...All we were missing was popcorn,

We were enjoying the whole thing..

Lt. Tragg delivered six rights and six lefts to Todd's face which sent him spinning around..

Todd swung two haymakers that completely missed...He lost his balance and fell to the floor..

He quickly got to his feet , but was subdued by Federal Agents... He was furious...Stomping his foot and swearing... Bailiffs grabbed Lt. Tragg, who was also swearing and dragged him out of the courtroom...

"He was always so stubborn...He could never back down or just be mellow....That's ultimately why he and I could never get along." said Bee Bee.

"Considering I'm not a fan of either of them...I don't know who to root for." said Sofia.

Ms. Yvette just shook her head....

Judge Elise Cumings screamed for order...

We stood on the sidelines.

''Wow this was close...I give the edge to Todd Dellums." said Kahlil.

"What fight was you watchin Homeslice???.. Lt. Tragg got the edge in that fight, for once." I said.

"I definitely think the Keystone copper got the slight edge, but it was close.."said Pascha.

Jade laughed so hard, tears were coming out of her eyes...She fell up against the wall and slid to the floor. She was laughing so hard...

"Oh My God....I don't believe this." said Ms. Yvette.. She was smiling, looking at how Ms. Jade was getting such a kick out of this..

"They wrecked the courtroom,knocked over the tables and chairs, spilled water on the floor." Noted Bee Bee, who now was laughing herself..

"Not to mention what they did to themselves." said Sofia, who was also laughing..

Lt. Tragg's perfect hair was all over the place, his shirt was out of his pants...his tie was loose, his suit jacket was torn... Both of his eyes were nearly swollen shut and blackened.. His nose was bleeding and his lip was swollen...He looked a mess.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Todd Dellums was no better..His hair was all over the place,It was wet, his shirt was out of his pants...his tie was loose, his suit jacket was torn... The Federal Agents were still trying to calm him down...He was stomping his foot and swearing..

Assistant District Attorney Vanessa Stevens was mortified...Embarrassed at Todd's behavior and Lt. Tragg's as well..

"THIS IS NOT GOING TO GO ON IN MY COURT AGAIN!!! I want both of these men taken upstairs to the "Cooler", I think a night in stir will cool them off... Get them some medical attention... I want to look at that Federal Warrant...I want everyone back in court tomorrow at 11:30 am...I'll make my ruling then...You're all free to go now.!" she said.

All but Lt. Tragg and AUSA Dellums who were both hustled upstairs to the "Cooler", the nickname for the holding facility.

The courtroom emptied. People were stunned...Most were laughing though...They had gotten some entertainment today!

At our building...

As soon as the news of the fight and both men being locked up reached our cafetria..

"Oh My God, a brawl in the courtroom....between the Lt. of Homicide and a United States Attorney, unbelievable..." said Jazzy...

"Two stubborn buttheads going toe to toe....I love it." said Kayla.

"Knowing them both...I'm not surprised...They both have a lot in common." said ADA Karen Page.

''And they both in jail.AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" laughed Dabnis..

"That is funny...I wish I had been there to see it.." said Ray.

"I filmed it." I said ,showing everybody my film footage."

"I did too!" said Kahlil... Everybody gathered around Kahlil and me..

"OH MY GODDDDDDD!"laughed Jessica Sanchez-Burrows..

"AH HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"laughed her husband, Chip...

"OH MY LORD, they busted the place up.."said Virginia.

"AND THEY BOTH IN JAIL..HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA"laughed Jetty..

"They're all enjoying this foolishness a little too much."said Yvette, who managed to giggle a little bit.

"I know right?" said Bee Bee, smiling.

"Yeah" said Sofia., agreeing.

Jade was still howling with laughter...Tears were streaming from her face..

Pasha was holding her and laughing himself...

Tony Billips called his wife, Bresha, an Attorney who worked for our across the street neighbors, Olivia and Beverly...telling her about it..

Bresha said They already knew about it.. It was on the afternoon news...She was howling with laughter.

The news kept replaying both men crashing into tables and knocking pitchers of water on themselves...and Todd throwing the two haymakers, missing by a mile, losing his balance and falling to the floor.

Olivia was as bad as Jade with her laughter...

Donnie Ray, usually the epitome of cool was laughing so hard, He was holding his sides..

Beverly was like Ms. Jade..howling with laughter...Tears were streaming from her face..

Nelson was banging his hands on the table..Screaming practically with laughter..

Josie was in tears, she was laughing so hard...

Alfreda had fallen up against the wall, she was laughing so hard...

We could hear Olivia, Donnie Ray, Beverly, Nelson, Josie and Alfreda howling with laughter in the background..

The only people NOT laughing about it were Assistant U.S. Attorney Todd Dellums and Lt. Arthur Tragg, both being held on the 6th Floor and 7th Floor respectively in the holding facility known as "The Cooler."

Yvette's husband Gary was about as bad as Ms. Jade, laughing so hard at the fight and seeing the video of it on Ms. Yvette's phone. (Kahlil had sent it to everybody) that tears were running down the side of his face...

"Oh My God...I'm glad I wasn't there." he howled..

"I'm glad you weren't too!" said Ms. Yvette sitting on the bed....

It was night time, Gary and Yvette were home alone, enjoying her retelling of today's actions...

They sat across their sturdy bed....

Yvette undressed and bounced on the bed like a child at play..

Gary was just getting out of the shower...He smiled..He had stopped laughing about Lt. Tragg and Todd Dellums recent debacle. His attention was now fully on his wife.

"You know you're turning me on don't you?" he asked.

"Yes, I know...It never takes much for me to do that.."laughed Yvette..

He took Yvette in his arms and kissed her passionately....

She had already slipped her panties off...

Yvette eased herself down on him as slow as she could....

Another early morning and another breakfast at Sam Mother's Diner. We were certain Lt. Tragg hadn't been released from the cooler.

Me, Bee Bee, Pascha, Sofia,Kahlil and Ms. Jade all sat together..We hated that Pascha was the pawn of two pig headed stubborn men..and that he might he lose his freedom to a federal court.. It would be much more difficult to get him released from federal authorities.

" Those Pancakes are right on time." I said.

"Yes... I'm very hungry.."said Bee Bee.

"I am too..I'd better enjoy it...I might wind up in Federal Custody..." said Pascha.

"Well you don't know that yet...It's up to the Judge.." said Sofia.

''Well let's see what the Judge rules today." said Jade.

Our food arrived..Pancakes, Sausage, Orange Juice and Coffee.

Ms. Yvette walked in...We all made a space for her..

She saw what we ordered and she had the same, Pancakes, Bacon, Orange juice and Coffee.

Regardless of where Pascha went, Federal Court or City Court, We were still his attorneys, she reminded us.

We were able to finish our meal and pay our bill with no interference from Lt. Tragg...Neither one of them was going to be released from stir until time for the hearing. That satisfied us just fine.,

Hank Clarke, the parking lot manager, who had fingered Pascha in the first place sat at the counter...he looked at us and shook his head...

"Coffee Sam, two eggs fried hard, Some Spuds and Bacon..he said.

Sam Mother had his plate drawn up and placed in front of him.

COURTROOM A- 11 30 AM

We were with our client, Pascha Michael ,at this his second arraignment.. He had been arrested for the murder of his former lover, Kyle Lesane..and released on bail... Now we find out there is a federal warrant out for him for Wire Fraud.

We were awaiting the arrival of the Judge.. Judge Elise Clemmons..She had to rule on what he would be tried on first.

"This is the first time in my life I've ever been in any kind of trouble. And now I'm in more trouble than ever." said Pascha.

"Just relax...we are your attorneys regardless." said Yvette.

"We'got you regardles..Ms. Yvette is right...Just relax Pascha."I said.

"I'm sure Judge Clemmons will rule fairly."said Bee Bee.

"I must admit , this is a unique situation for us."said Sofia.

"Yeah and like I said yesterday, weve got a real good ,forward thinking Judge.. I'm not worried." said Kahlil..

"She doesn't impress me as one who is intimidated by the Feds." said Jade.

"That's how I feel." said Ms. Yvette.

Judge Elise Cummings and Assistant District Attorney Vanessa Stevens walked in together.

Assistant U.S. Attorney was brought in first..His handcuffs were removed from him...He was humiliated and embarrassed being seen this way in front of Beatrice and his present girlfriend, Vanessa, who didn't look too pleased with him...His suit was wrinkled....His hair was all over the place,It was wet, his shirt was out of his pants...his tie was loose, his suit jacket was torn... Both of his eyes were nearly swollen shut and blackened.. His nosehad stopped bleeding but his lip was badly swollen...He looked a mess.

Lt. Tragg was brought in next...he looked a little better..He had combed his hair, his shirt was in his pants...his tie was tied, but his suit jacket was torn... Both of his eyes were nearly swollen shut and blackened.. His nose had stopped bleeding.. There was blood stains on his shirt and suit jacket. and his lip was swollen...He still looked a mess.

''We are not going to have a repeat of what happened in here yesterday, is that understood gentlemen? I went over both warrants... The Murder warrant was filed first and Murder is a more serious offense. It is for that reason I have ruled that the defendent, Pascha Michael will not be moved from MY COURT...He will be tried here first on Murder charges...Then the Federal Government can have him afterwords.." said Judge Cummings.

This was a win for us.. Pascha remained Free...and we could go to work s we planned.
