 Once Upon A Time In Washington D.C.  -Several Years ago....

At a Tony Restaurant...

Sean Marks, a young attorney who had recently graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and passed the bar had just started working for The U.S. Department of Justice Anti-Trust Division.

''We are going to hear the results today.." said Brooke.

"If your case is tossed and a new trial ordered , then next Tuesday instead of going to Dolly Madison

you'll be going to arraignment and we'll be trying to get you out of here." I said.

"That would be nice... I've been locked up for a month." said Debra Brown...

And in Appellate Court...

Judge Sykes listened to Karen and Sean's arguments for a new trial for Debra Brown...

She had no problem tossing out Debra Brown's conviction and ordering a new trial.......

I'm from Richmond, you know...We were married for three years, and got divorced....Then I took a job here and got an opportunity to run for a Judgeship...which you see I got....I got married again....and that didn't work out either...but oh well, One day my prince will come..." she said.

"I do, but I'm looking at a property in Cherry Hill." said  Delores.

"That's nice..."said Sean...

''We will and thank you.." said Karen.

And in the visiting room at Valhalla...

"That was Karen, She and my husband got your conviction tossed out...Now all you have to do is hang tight and on Tuesday we are going to arraign you and try to get you back on the street." she said,.

"Karen and my husband argued before Appellate Court and got her case tossed." said Brooke.

"And a new trial ordered.." I added...

"It helped that I knew the Judge...From my days in D.C.  working at the Anti-Trust division of the Department of Justice." said Sean...

"Yeah...I'd call him as soon as possible,Like Tomorrow while we are at Brunch..."said Donnie Ray.

"He's always good and accommodating.."said Beverly...

"If your client doesn't have a prior criminal record and lots of charactor witnesses , she might be released on her own recognizance. "said Nelson.

"That's what you hope for "said Josie.

She was sitting on her husband's lap, sipping her drink..

"I can only think of two times we actually had to use him..." said Bresha.

''Yeah and both of your clients had money...You were lucky." said Tony.

''Well I'm glad you kids were able to get your client's case tossed." said Alfreda.

"I need some of their luck in my next case..."said Rockland.

"Let me know if you need any investigating done.."said her husband, Gary who shared Karen with Rockland.
