Daniel Bristol, the handsome young attorney she'd been seeing lately walked in...

"Hey mind if I join you?" he asked.

"Of course not...Have a seat...." she said.

"You've got something new there." he said , eying her Peach Cobbler Pancakes..

"Yeah, Every now and then I like to try something new.." said Alexa.

He ordered a Cheddar Omelette

Hash Browns

and sausages...

"You know I'm paying for all of this...Your breakfast and mine too!" he said.

"Awww you don't have to do that."said Alexa.

"I want to....I love you!!! And I want you to pack an overnite bag and come stay with me at Olivia's place...She won't mind...They all like you...We can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner there while we work on Eddie Lee's case...In fact...I'm going back there after I run over to the courthouse to file a brief in another case...You're officially on the defense team...Why don't you inform the people at McCluskey/Cozen/Connor & Pratt of that and that you'll be away a few days." said Daniel.

"I did already....I was headed over Olivia's too after I had breakfast...I didn't want to impose on them."said Alexa.

"You're not imposing...You're my guest..."said Daniel.

"You are so sweet....and I-I love you too!"said Alexa...

She leaned over and gave him a soft smooch....

They looked up only to see Lt. Tragg...

"So you two Ivy Leaguers hooked up with Olivia and Beverly huh?  That's the only way you got that double murderer Eddie Lee out on bail... I wanna know where he is." he said.

"I'm afraid I can't tell you that...because I honestly don't know.."said Daniel Bristol.

"Oh you'll tell me or I'll run you in."said Lt. Tragg.

"On what charge? And if Eddie Lee hasn't committed any additional crime, which I know for a fact he hasn't..As his attorneys, we don't have to talk to you at all...Now get away from our table."said Alexa.

Lt. Tragg knew Alexa was correct...He had nothing. He was as red as a beet...He stood there and stared at them balefully as they continued to eat their breakfast....

Daniel went to the counter and paid for their meals....and left a generous tip....

He and Alexa walked to the parking lot to two seperate cars and pulled off, headed for our house.

And At our house...

We were finishing up our breakfasts... 

"Daniel could have eaten breakfast with us."said Olivia.

 

"I don't think he was home last night." I said with a smile..

''Auntay you know where he was...He was with Alexa...She's got his nose wide open..."laughed Beverly..

"Well she was welcome too...I'm surprised he hasn't asked her to stay with him..."said Olivia with a smile.

"He'll get around to it..I'm sure." said Nelson.

Josie laughed..."If that Bed in that sub-basement could talk.." she said.

"Oh My God, the tales it could tell."said Bresha, thinking of Natalie and David, Her and Tony, Renee and Tyrell,Karen and B.L. and others who had spent nights in our Sub-Basement Apartment.

Alfreda smiled wryly...Even though she lived across the street...She and her husband Rockland had been down there just a few weeks ago while we were involved in a trial in that bed....

The Doorbell Monitor rang!

It was Lieutenant Tragg....

"It's Lieutenant Tragg....You know, I knew it wouldn't be long before he paid us a visit.

Let him stay out there... Let's All go downstairs to the conference room." said Olivia.

We all went downstairs to our conference room..

Alfreda answered the door. She didn't say a word.

"You took your sweet time answering the door." he said. He walked to our conference room, where we all were.

 "Alright...I want to know the whereabouts of Eddie Lee...And I want to know right now!  No Games!" he snarled.

"I'm afraid I don't know Lieutenant and that's the truth... He calls us everyday to check on the progress of his case..but that's it...I don't know where he's staying and I'll say that under oath." said Olivia.

 

"I can vouch for her...None of us here know where he's staying..but he is in Philadelphia."I said.

"Why do you want him?  He hasn't committed any crime...He's out on bail."said Beverly.

"Olivia, I've told you that little nieces should be seen and not heard."said Lt. Tragg.

Nelson was getting ready to raise up...

"It's okay Honey Bunny...He doesn't bother me in the least....I'm in my house...I can say whatever I want."said Beverly defiantly ,but with a sweet smile.

Neither Josie nor Bresha said a word.

The Doorbell rang...

"That's  Daniel and Alexa.."said Josie.

"I'll get it." said Bresha.

It was Daniel and Alexa...Upon seeing Lt. Tragg

"Awww not you again!!!.... We just saw him at Sam Mother's Diner, Aunt Olivia...He wanted to know where Eddie Lee was." said Daniel.

"We told him we don't know, which is the truth..." said Alexa.

"So now you have it...We don't know...Goodbye Lt. Tragg." said Olivia.

''Wait a minute!  He called you Aunt Olivia...He's your nephew? You've got two nieces and a nephew who all followed you into law?" asked Lt. Tragg.

"What can I say?  And I have a niece, Beverly and  a cousin, Kayla is our cousin, not my niece and a nephew, Daniel here in the law game to be accurate.."said Olivia.

"And with that said and done...GOODBYE LT. TRAGG!" said Alfreda...

He stared balefully at us for a moment and then walked out of our office.

Eddie Lee's Nephew, Shai Youn sat at his uncle's desk with his feet propped up on the desk taking phone calls and smiling...

He sipped on a Mango Martini and laughed... He had been running things since his uncle, Eddie Lee had been arrested and charged with two murders of rival players..... He was astounded when his uncle showed up and knocked his feet off of his desk...

"Get your feet off of my desk..." said Eddie Lee.

"Uncle, what are you doing here?" asked Shai Youn...

"I've been out of jail for a week...I keep hearing things...Things I don't like ,like how you upped the vig, How you've been shaking down some of our loyal customers who play our games...What do you think you're doing?" asked Eddie Lee.

"You've been soft Uncle...You've been letting too many people get by without paying....In my game, you pay or you don't play..." laughed Shai Youn

"Little Nephew, they all pay me...You don't have to lean on them....Let me remind you that I am still running things around here...One day all of this will be yours, but until that day...It is still run my way...Is that clear little Heir Apparent?" said Eddie Lee..

"Yes Uncle." said  Shai Youn.

Just then Lt. Tragg walked in...

"I figured you might show up here...You couldn't resist could ya?   Your lawyers are very loyal, they didn't give you up....but I found you and you're goin downtown with me Le.."said Lt. Tragg, handcuffing him..

"What's the charge? I've committed no crime you Keystone Copper."said Eddie Lee derisively...

"I'll find something....Let's Go!" said Lt. Tragg, dragging Eddie Lee down the stairs...

His Nephew ,Shai Youn, placed his feet back on his desk and smiled ruefully.

In Our Law Library ,Beverly, Josie, Alexa and Bresha were doing their research, Studying the Autopsy Reports, looking at Crime Scene Photos, Studying Witness Statements, Researching Laws pertaining to this case, Laws in general and Predicates involving a case like this...The Boring drudergy that is an attorney's life that you don't see on Television.

"This is a great set up you have here...You and your husband and your aunt and her husband live upstairs...You've got a law library and a media room on this floor with your conference room, wow!"said Alexa.

"Any time you need to use it...Instead of going to the law library down town...Just call us and come on down...You're closer to home any way.."said Beverly..

"Thank You, I will."said Alexa...

''Everybody in the neighborhood uses our law library....It's close to home and much easier than working all night down town and having to drive home." said Josie.

"I know that's right."said Alexa...

"It's great to have this right here in the neighborhood...A Neighborhood full of lawyers.."laughed Bresha.

And Next Door

Daniel sat with Nelson and I as we profiled people in the potential juror pool....

"Is what you guys doing legal?" he asked.

"Sure is..."said Nelson..

"This information is all public record... I'm sure  a good Assistant District Attorney is doing the same thing... Our method is just more High tech...." I explained..

''Wow!  You guys have a mind blowing set up here.."said Daniel.

Olivia walked into the Law Library and tapped Beverly on the shoulder..

"Come with me Niecey Poo...Eddie Lee has been arrested again by Lt. Tragg." she said.

"WHAT? WHAT'S THE CHARGE?" asked Beverly...

"Probably nothing...just harrassment...He's been on one these past few days."said Olivia.

In The "Fishbowl" , the nickname the detectives gave to their interrogation room.

Eddie Lee sat with particular scorn...

"My God man, you could empty these trash bags, mop these floors and stick some Febreeze up...Geeez it smells like vomit and hot garbage in here....How do you even stand it?" he said.

"Talk on Dirtbag...Keep Talkin.."snarled Lt. Tragg.

"Why am I here? What is the charge? I've committed no crime...I'm free on bail." said Eddie Lee.

"I can hold you as long as I want." said Lt. Tragg.

"No you can not!!!...And YOU KNOW THAT!" said Olivia...

"If there is no charge...We are leaving here...Right Now!" said Beverly...

Just then Lt. Tragg's phone rang...

"HELLO!   Oh Yes sir....No sir, I have no charge...No sir, I didn't observe him committing a crime...I brought him in to talk....No sir, my head is not up my ass....Yes sir, I realize we can be sued for harrassment....His lawyers are here now...Yes...they are leaving...Yes sirrrrr sirrrrr." he said.

Lt. Tragg was as red as a beat...He looked like he wanted to cry.

"Get the Hell out of here." he uttered.

"Let's Go Eddie...I told you to keep a low profile..."said Olivia.

"You're right Olivia...and I'm sorry....I went back to my office in Chinatown to talk to my Nephew...He's not running things the way I would like."said Eddie Lee,.

"After we get you off...You'll have plenty of time to take care of things in Chinatown Eddie..

but for now...Keep it low.. Lt. Tragg has been hassling us all day...He hassled Danny and Alexa in Sam Mother's Diner..He came to our house looking for you...and he finally caught you in your office..You've got to cool it.."said Beverly...

"You're right...You're right...I'll keep it low....I promise...Sorry to have caused you any trouble Liv, Bev." said Eddie Lee.

And in our sub-basement apartment....

Alexa arrived at our sub-basement apartment at around 8:30 pm...

"Hi" she said.

"Hi yourself..." said Daniel.

They stood there and stared at each other for a few minutes..

They started kissing...

"UMMMMMMMMMMM!" he moaned.

"OUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!" she cooed...

Kissing passionately....

"Every time I see you I want to kiss you..."  he said.

"OUUUUUUUUU REALLY??" she asked...

"REALLY! " he said as they continued kissing...

The bed began to squeak something crazy and the headboard began to slam against the wall...

She moaned softly as the massive bed began to squeak and slam against the wall...

They made sweet yet intense love for the next EIGHT TO NINE HOURS...with no sign of stopping...The bed squeaked something crazy....

"Oh My God!" he moaned...

"Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh,Micheal, Marlon, Jermaine, Tito, Jackie...ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh."she cried out!
"Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!"she yelled....coming violently and still shaking a little bit after they were finished...

They lay across the bed with Alexa kissing him slowly and softly....

"UMMMMMMMMMMM!" he moaned.

"OUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!" she cooed... "You're so hard...OUUUUUUUU!" she said.

"OHHHHHHHHHHH!" he moaned...

He turned her over and began moving inside of her again...

"MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM ALEXA!!!" he moaned..

"DANNNNNNNNNNNY!" she cooed loudly...

"Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm,ohhh DANNY...ouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.You want more?"she cooed as they began making sweet love again...

"YESSSSSSS!"."said Daniel..

Another TWO HOURS of love making seemed to slip by.....

''End of a long week...I certainly hope Eddie Lee is out of sight tonight..." said Olivia.

 

"If he's smart he is..." I said.

"Lt. Tragg got a call from somebody....The Deputy of Operations., who read him the riot act while we were there... He would have had to of cut Eddie Lee loose whether we were there or not." said Beverly.

"That's because The Deputy Of Operations is worried about the city being sued again...They don't want that." said Nelson.

"Eddie Lee already wants to sue the city because he says Lt. Tragg punched him in the stomach when he was arresting him."said Josie.

"He won't get anywhere with that...If the only witnesses are cops , they aren't going to testify in his behalf.."said Paris.

"Yeah he might as well drop the thought of suing the city."said Bresha.

"The Chinese Community is really up in arms about this...They booed Lt. Tragg at his latest press

conference." said Tony.

"The Chinese Businessman's Association gave Olivia and Beverly 100K for Eddie Lee's defense...a few days ago." said Alfreda.

"WOW!  That is something..." said Rockland.

 "He, Eddie Lee and I went to the same High School....I didn't know him then,.I just remember seeing him around and he did his undergrad and grad studies at University of Penn.He was at Wharton, When I was in PENN LAW School." said Yvette.

"Small World."said Gary..

"I know he's kept things quiet and tight in Chinatown the entire time he's been there." said Keith Jones.

"That's why the cops always turned a blind eye to his gambling operation on top of his restaurant."said Bee Bee,.

''Everybody knew about it." said Sofia.

"Yeah they did.... but there was no Loan sharking, No Protection rackets and no drug dealing... He kept the neighborhood clean and safe.."said Kahlil.

''Very few murders or stick ups either."said Jade.

"No, Eddie Lee kept a lid on everything...We liked him.." said Danny.

''So why does Lt. Tragg have such a stick up his butt about him?" asked Virginia.

"He considers him a Gangster, which he actually is...And Tragg considers it a feather in his cap if he is the one who brings him down." said Jetty...

Alexa and Daniel walked in and joined us...

"Hi everybody." said a seemingly nervous Alexa.

"Hey Everyone." said Daniel..

"Heyyy guys...Nice of you to join us tonight." said Jazzy...
 

"You guys have had quite a week...Got a trial coming up.."said Dabnis.

"Yeah, Monday." said Daniel.

"Well you'll be getting it over with..." said Kayla.

Yeah and you'll have Lt. Tragg out of your faces." said Ray...

''He arrested Eddie Lee yesterday.. No Charge....Just harrassment...He was trying all day to find out where he was...He acosted Daniel and I at Sam Mothers and Later he paid Olivia and Beverly a visit...

and then he finally tracked him down in Chinatown, where he had no business being.. We told him to keep a low profile."said Alexa.

"Sounds like the good lieutenant didn't have enough to do yesterday." said Jessica.

"He should have been recanvassing, interviewing additional people."said Chip..

"Oh No..That would be like actually doing some real police work."said Karen.

"I know,like looking into Eddie Lee's nephew...I hear he's the Heir Apparent of  Eddie Lee's operation in Chinatown...I wonder what his involvement is in all of this." said B.L.

"So Alexa girl...are you happy? With Danny I mean! " asked Natalie ignoring the main conversation.

"Girrrrrl I'm ecstatic!  He's the guy I've been waiting for for a few years." said Alexa.

"I'm so happy for the both of you."said Natalie.

"Nice to see you both here tonight." said David.

"Yes...all of us couples are together tonight."said Brooke.

"You're such a romantic!" said Sean, smiling...

"Nothing wrong with romance....Is it love?" said Zoey...

"Not at all.." said Lem with a smile.

Renee removed her husband's hands from under her skirt...She smiled at him...

Tyrell rubbed her shapely legs.....He smiled back at her...

Renee stuck her tongue out at him alluringly.

Within a few minutes they were kissing passionately.....

"I'm happy for my girl Alexa...She finally has a man." said Toni Robinson who was here with her boyfriend, Eric Sellers.

"Yeah my man looks happy.." said Eric Sellers.

Lee removed her husband's hands from under her skirt...She smiled at him...

"Horny Goat" she laughed...

At this very moment at Northeast Airport, A sinister meeting is taking place...

"I take it you have my passport and my payment of one million dollars.." said the man with a Russian accent.

"Relax....I have everything you need... Thank you for doing away with that Russian Gangster and that Asian Gangster....Their petty feud was cramping my style...My Uncle wanted to negotiate...but that is not how I do business.." said Shai Youn...

"The Inner workings of your organization is of no interest to me...Just pay me my money and pass me my passport and airline ticket."said the man..

"Max, pay the man!" said  Shai Youn..

A Mysterious man got out of the car..

He pulled out a gun with a silencer... He fired one shot which went between the man's eyes and out the back of his head, killing him instantly and a double tap...Two shots to his chest...

The man fell to the ground...

 Shai Youn..pulled out a gun, a .40 caliber...He wiped it clean....It was the murder weapon used to kill the two men outside of Eddie Lee's restaurant...He dropped the gun next to the body of the dead man.

He and his hit man got in their car..

"He was a rude man Max....I detest Rudeness...Let's go home." he said, laughing..

They pulled off into the night....
