The Stuff Of Nightmares.

 THE OFFICE OF DR. CHARLES R. OAKLEY.

"Olivia, we have worked together for a number of years now and I consider us friends... So I hope you know that this meeting never occurred and nothing I'm about to show you and tell you can be used legally in any courtroom." said Dr. Charles Oakley.

He put the case files on the table...

"I understand that....I understood that as an attorney....I'm not attempting to bring charges against him...He already has three death sentences....I don't need to do anymore to him. I just need to know if he killed my Uncle." said Olivia.

"Okay Liv.....but maybe you need to let this go....I remember when you guys tried that case against him, He was pretty mean to you, threatening to jail you guys numerous times...and you guys took him to court." said Dr. Oakley..I read about it in the newspaper."

THREE MONTHS AGO- Judge James Wilson's Court-

Attorney Dexter Braxton appeared with Olivia, Myself, Beverly, Nelson, Josie and Bresha. in court. 

 

These proceedings usually were smooth, This being only a bail hearing....This was anything but.. It was very contentious...

ADA Muldoon was going for the jugular ,painting Ronnie Shanahan as a flight risk......and asking that she be held either without bail or with a very high bail.

Josie and Bresha presented two charactor witnesses a piece...We couldn't get a fifth one..

 And Dexter Braxton argued brilliantly about his client's character and her lack of a criminal record.

The Judge all but dismissed all three of them... He had a special venom for Olivia, Beverly and Nelson.

He unloaded on those three almost as if it were personal...dismissing every single one of their objections...and talking to the three of them like they were petulant law students or worse, children..

Beverly especially argued with him with a particular venom...

"Young lady I hope you're not making any plans for this afternoon because if you say one more word...just ONE MORE WORD!! I'LL HOLD YOU IN CONTEMPT AND YOU'LL FIND YOURSELF IN THE DAMN COOLER!" he said.

Beverly stared at him angrilly, but she didn't say anything..

"AND GET THAT LOOK OFF OF YOUR FACE...GET IT OFF!" he snarled..

"Neicey Poo, it's alright...Cool it...Go on outside...We'll handle this." said Olivia softly to Beverly, who was so angry, tears were flowing down the side of her face and her legs were shaking..

Tears were flowing down Beverly's face, she was so angry...Olivia hugged her....

"Honey Bun, come on....come on now...Let's walk outside..." said Nelson, walking her out of the courtroom...

"Mrs. Bennett-Alexander, I seriously urge you to teach your niece and all of your staff better courtroom decorum....Do you hear me?" said Judge Wilson...

Olivia stared at him now with blind rage...She wanted to cut him..She said Nothing.

"I SAID DID YOU HEAR ME??" he screamed..

"Respect goes both ways your honor...It's a two way street...You have to show some to get some.. You're a bully you know that?   I heard you...And you're going to HEAR FROM ME in a few days. I HOPE YOU HEARD THAT!!!"said Olivia.

I held her...She was angry and very close to being thrown in the cooler herself.

" ARE YOU THREATENING ME?   ARE YOU THEATENING ME ???WATCH YOURSELF YOUNG LADY!!!  I'M SETTING BAIL AT TWO MILLION DOLLARS!"he said snarkily....

"That's outrageously unfair."protested Olivia.

"Are you serious?" asked Josie.

"You can't be serious." balked Bresha..

Olivia, Josie and Bresha balked at such a high bail....They argued that it was unreasonable..

"I've made my motion and I don't want to hear anymore about it...IS THAT CLEAR??? DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR? YOU ALL HAD BETTER THINK ABOUT YOUR BEHAVIOR TONIGHT ,BECAUSE IT'S GOING TO BE A LONG TRIAL...I'LL TELL YOU THAT MUCH..." he snarled.

"It's alright...We can pay it. They only want 20 percent.."said Dexter diplomatically..

He signaled the Bail Bondsman, who we brought along just in case...

and Ronnie Shanahan walked out of court, a free woman but with an ankle monitoring bracelet on..

her left ankle...A Parting shot from Judge James Wilson.

Not a good day in court for us...

"He was a son of a bitch....I saw it on the news...and I was there when you guys took his ass to court..I was cheering.. This is a grown man, who was a spoiled and entitled little boy, whose own parents feared him..They did everything he asked. He was an only child and was not used to being told no.  This followed him into his teen age and college years...This sick sense of entitlement.

Several young ladies at Harvard Law School who dared stave off his sexual advances were stalked and harassed and took out restraining orders against him...His Daddy gave a lot of money to the school and the local police to keep this quiet and make it go away...He paid the young ladies to drop the charges, which they did. It followed a pattern.

When you guys took him to court...I wondered how that was going to turn out." said Dr. Oakley.

TWO DAYS LATER-

Judge James Wilson was going to learn today that he couldn't bully or intimidate everyone.....

For the first time in his legal career, he found himself being brought up before the Legal Ethics Board.

.He couldn't believe I had the nerve to bring him up on charges...

I brought him up on charges of unprofessional behavior and bias and asked that he be removed from the Veronica Shanahan trial in favor of another judge. She wrote up a brilliant dissertation arguing her case using legal predicates and examples of other like cases and general law.

It was very impressive!

 

My husband,  Beverly, Nelson, Josie and Bresha all testified as to his outlandish and disrespectful behavior...

Beverly argued that he set bail extraordinarily high for such a case and that he did it out of pure spite.

Nelson argued that the Judge spoke to them as if they were children or law students at best.

Josie, like Beverly argued about his general tone and the difference of when he spoke to ADA Muldoon, compared to how he spoke to them..

Bresha asked that he be removed from the case in favor of another judge.

Judge Wilson wasn't strutting around here...In fact ,he was surprisingly quite contrite.  Being brought up on charges and facing the legal ethics board wasn't a good look for someone hoping to get a federal judgeship.

Judge Wilson was represented by his attorney, H.Stanley Stanlison... a former Judge himself. For the first time he showed a bit of fear... One thing he didn't need in his quest to be a Federal Judge was any controversy or the appearance of impropriety in any way.....

H.Stanley Stanlison argued that James Wilson had impeccable reputation in the court and that he shouldn't be removed because "He hurt the feelings of a few attorneys."

This whole thing was bad, because this hearing also brought the press..

who weren't allowed in the proceedings but camped outside of the building, waiting for word.

U.S. Attorney ,Sean Marks represented Me and my staff and he too testified about Judge Wilson's behavior in and out of the court during the trial he had been a part of weeks before... He too argued that Judge Wilson should be removed from the trial..

H.Stanley Stanlison argued that due to the emotional nature of this case....That tempers may have flared on both sides.. He appealed for calm on both sides..His argument was eloquent enough!

The Jury of Judges voted 7-5 for Judge Wilson, a well known and respected judge to remain on the trial, but asked that he apologize to Me and my team and to make some type of restitution.

It angered James Wilson to no end...No one had ever challenged him legally or asked that he be removed from a trial.  Many attorneys were too frightened and intimidated by him to do so. but he did apologize to Me and Beverly and our team...... sweating profusely and as red as a beet... 

 

He had bit the bullet this time ,just barely...He realized that I was not to be played with...

He'd be a lot more careful with us...Next time....Yet his anger toward us remained.

He and his attorney dodged the press conference...He was very embarrassed. He prayed that this wouldn't sink his ability to get that Federal Judgeship... He hoped in the next few days it would fade away...

He refused an invite by B.L.Benz, Attorney and Podcaster as well as TV Talk show host

for an interview...but we didn't.

"He sent us a food tray with meats and cheeses and sandwich rolls." said Olivia.

"You know he didn't personally send that or even apologize...He had someone on his staff do that...He has never personally apologized for anything he has done in his life or to anyone.." said Dr. Oakley...

"Oh I know."laughed Olivia.

"That night when we got home..." said Olivia...

''Hey Guys, look what came here for you." said Alfreda. "It came from a caterer down town with an apology from Judge James Wilson.  Way to handle that bully Olivia."laughed Alfreda.

We knew that his Attorney or his staff had probably sent this , along with the type written apology...No way he sent these food trays or a written apology.

There was meats and cheeses of all kinds, Cole Slaw...

and creamy pasta salad..as well as lettuce, tomatoes,pickles and condiments and hard rolls, Mayonnaise, Mustard and the like for making sandwiches.

 It was a lovely spread....

"Well we don't have to cook tonight.  Husband, get on the horn...invite our friends over." said Olivia.

 

"On it." I said , smiling..

"That Bully...We showed him."said Beverly.

''Don't get too comfortable.. He's still the Judge on our case..and he won't forget this...Just be ready."said Nelson.

"Yeah we got a battle ahead of us."said Josie.

"Well for now, let's enjoy these meats and cheeses."laughed Paris.

"I agree." said Bresha,.

"Yeah me too." said Paris.

''Let me get some paper plates and utensils.."said Alfreda.

"Yeah let's grab some sandwiches before that crowd gets here."joked Rockland.

There was plenty of meats and cheeses left for our friends when they arrived..

 

 "Ouuuuuuuuuu this looks delish, thanks for the invite Liv, Sorry we missed you guys in our building today."said Yvette.

"I heard you guys brought him up on charges....No other Attorney has ever done that...They're usually too scared..You guys showed him... I saw him when he came back from the hearing...He was as white as a sheet...He looked shook."laughed Gary.

"That's how you deal with a Bully, you gut punch em." said Keith Jones.

"Well Olivia and Beverly sure taught him."laughed Bee Bee

"The Important Thing is that He heard them...and they used the law and proper procedure to make their point." said Sofia.

"Yeah, but he's got important friends...They saw this.. I just hope the other shoe doesn't fall."said Kahlil.

"We defended Olivia and Bev successfully before..We'll do it again...There is more of us now."said Jade.

"I mean what can he do?  I don't think he wants another legal battle...He's trying to get an important

position on the Federal Bench...He doesn't want to muddy the waters...You all might have cost him that today." said Danny Ho.

"It's something about that Judge I don't like...I swear." said Virginia.

"I was one of the five that voted to remove him from the case today...but seven of my colleagues spared his butt..." said Jetty.

"The Old Boys Network does it everytime." said Jazzy.
 

"He's well connected...but he'll cool his jets after this.."said Dabnis.

"He's got powerful friends...They might try to come at Olivia and Beverly at some other time." said a worried Kayla.

"We had their backs before...We'll have it again.." said her husband Ray as he munched on a sandwich..

"That's right and it's more of us this go around." said Jessica.

"That's right."said her husband, Chip..

"Seems like they held their own quite well today, even though they didn't get the outcome they wanted." said Karen.

"Oh I don't know about that...You should have seen him when he left that hearing..He was as white as a a sheet....He got the message." laughed B.L.

Natalie laughed....''What was he before?" she laughed.

"I know what you meant B.L." laughed her husband, David ,who was sampling everything.

"And my baby was defending them....I'll bet he was shocked seeing you again huh?" said Brooke.

"Yeah he sure was....I'm looking into him....I'm going to get to the bottom of him...There is something evil, sinister about him." said Sean.

''Wow, you really got a thing about him Sean, ever since that trial." said Zoey.

"You think he killed somebody Sean?" joked Lem.

"I wouldn't put it past him." said Sean.

"That Judge is just a Bully who uses his position to intimidate people...Today he found out there are some people he can't frighten.." said Renee.

"Yeah...it's nice when the good guys win one."said her husband, Tyrell

"Yeah...I hope the good guys win when we go to trial." said Dexter, who was also with us tonight.

"Okay Olivia...After your uncle died...A number of people said his death was suspicious and they asked the police to look into it. They did for awhile...but they couldn't find anything...and after awhile the investigation was shut down...That's what you can do when you have money...same thing when his wife and her lover vanished some years later. I can't prove it, but money greased some palms in high places and the investigation was shut down..Shut down for years until they discovered the bodies buried in a lake in Bayside.."said Dr. Oakley, shaking his head.

''A Friend of mine spear headed the investigation that led to his capture and conviction.."said Olivia

"He ought to get a medal. His Mother suspected that something wasn't right about him...She had him examined at the University Of Pennsylvania in 1975, when he was 17...They discovered that lacked "Empathy..." he was diagnosed as "Sociopathic" His parents paid to have these records closed and kept out of the public for years....Their sonny boy finished High School, then College and finally, HARVARD LAW SCHOOL....He passed the New York Bar and the Pennsylvania Bar and went on to be quite a storied attorney, winning cases and making all of the right friends...The Hoi Polloi of the city...gaining fame and power..By the Time he became a Common Pleas Court Judge, he was all powerful.. He bullied attorneys and politicians alike for years...Until you came along Olivia..You stood up to him...You took him to court and it drove him nuts... He couldn't do anything to you...You ran an independent operation...

Your close friend, Yvette Jones-Lockwood defied him next and he did what has worked for him for so long....He went to her bosses at McCluskey/Cozen/Connor and Pratt and tried to get her fired... They refused and informed him that she was a Partner.. He hadn't known that... He tried to get her four associate attorneys fired after threatening them with jail throughout their entire trial...Again he went to one of the Partners and tried to throw his weight around...I heard he was run out of the building on a rail..

People were standing up to him and the powerful associates he had made over the years were less and less inclined to do his bidding nowadays.

 

 

That drove him nuts too...but he didn't want to rock the boat...He was too close to being named a Federal Judge.

He hated seeing those friends of yours from Wrongful Conviction,Conviction Integrity Unit overturn a few of his past cases too, but again he didn't want to rock the boat..

Unfortunately, his debauchery caught up with him... 

His wife and her lover's bodies  were  found in the trunk of a submerged car in a lake outside Bayside..

And no money or influence could save him from his ultimate fate...Sentenced to Death for ending three lives... So Olivia...Whether he killed your Uncle or Not, What more can be done to him? He's going to get his,."said Dr. Oakley..

"God knows how many people he may have killed that we don't know about...or just maybe my Uncle was the first of four. I'd like to know...and I plan to ask him soon." said Olivia.

"He's a monster Liv...Don't let him get inside you...You control the narrative.."said Dr. Oakley..

"I will...I just had to know, who I was dealing with.." said Olivia.

"Alright , but be careful...Even locked in prison, he's still the stuff of nightmares."said Dr. Oakley.

And at Phoenix Correctional Institution...Right outside of Philadelphia, Home of the new death row,

Death Row Prisoner, James Wilson got mail today....It was the only mail he'd gotten since his conviction.  He'd written many of whom he thought was his old friends back in Philadelphia. None of them had written back. It seemed everyone who knew him wantewd to seperate themselves from him.

He had written Brooke...He had written her lurid, erotic letters...She hadn't returned his letters until today.

There were three photos of her...Nothing lurid...No Nudes, No photos of her in a Bikini or in her panties and bra as he had asked for ...Just plain photos.  This was enough for him...

There was a letter from her.. 

"Judge Wilson...I am coming to visit you soon...I am bringing a friend...She has a question she needs you to answer..."- Brooke Marks, Attorney at Law- Wrongful Conviction/Conviction Integrity Unit

It was written on City of Philadelphia stationary....Nothing romantic, just plain stationary.

He sniffed the paper...he stared at the photos...His entire body began to tremble and he ejaculated in his trousers...

"OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.....A VISIT FROM BROOKE...

Olivia returned home..

"Hi...everything go well with Dr. Oakley?" I asked.

"It did....I saw those closed files...Easier to get now that both of his parents are deceased and he's incarcerated...He was just as I suspected...Questioned about his whereabouts after my Uncle's death...

His answers were inconclusive and since he was a minor..a White minor at that and a well heeled minor...He was shielded from any further questioning and it is suspected that money greased some palms and the murder investigation was shut down and it was written off as an accidental drowning.

It's been too many years now and all or most of the players are dead..All bought off for their silence."said Olivia.

"You'll never prove this in court...He has no reason to cop to this...Not with three death sentences hanging over his head already." I said.

"I know this..but I have to know...I just have to know.."said Olivia.

"You may never know....You may never know Liv...He has no incentive to tell you..." I said.

"I know...but I promised Uncle Robbie I'd try.." said Olivia..Not the fearless Attorney who made Asssistant District Attorneys shiver in their boots...but the dutiful little niece,eager to please.

I held her in my arms...

That turned into a kiss...

and more kissing..

and me taking her top off and more kissing..

We walked into our bedroom...

"We might as well go into the bedroom, you've practically got me undressed.." she said, smiling at me..

"My goodness, you always want it!" she said as I unzippered her skirt..

and slipped her panties down...

I placed her on the chest of drawers, spread her legs and entered her slowly... She was as usual, wet and warm and smelling good,like a newborn baby... I was delirious...

"UMMMMMMMMMMMMM YOU ALWAYS WANT IT!" she repeated...

"I DO, BECAUSE IT'S SO DAMN GOOD!" I said.

"OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU THANK YOUUUUUU! OH MY GODDD!" she exclaimed as I thrusted away...

"OHHHHHHHHHHHH MY GOD HUSBAND!" she cried out....

"UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM OLIVIA!" I screamed..

"UMMM GIVE IT TO ME DADDY!" Olivia screamed as I thrusted away...

We made sweet, sweet love for the next NINE TO TEN HOURS!  with Olivia climaxing several times,

Beverly and the younger attorneys were all at Aqua Bar tonight....

"Wow!  Nice Night Tonight...Auntay is closing the office tomorrow!" said Beverly...

"Ahh nice, we can sleep late with our hangovers."joked Nelson.

"Hey, Nice to sleep late period...with our case finished."said Josie.

''We are off too..Building Maintenance...The whole Building is being shut down for maintenance of some kind." said Paris.

"I hope it's nothing serious" said Bresha.

"Nah, they do this ever so often...It's not the first time they've done this." said Tony.

"Are you staring at my breasts?" asked Lee incredulously as she quaffed down a Tequilla Shot.

"Yes...I can't take my eyes off of them or you..."said her boyfriend Matthew..

"Ouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu, you're fresh!" she giggled...

They were all munching on Tacos and quaffing down shots of Tequilla.

''We are all going to be very drunk and very horny when we leave here ."said Sofia.

"It's a good thing our building is closed tomorrow."said Kahlil.

"I knowwwwww...We can all sleep late." said Bee Bee.

"Ummmmmmmm and love longer." he said, grabbing her around the waste..

"Ouuuuuuu stop it...Horny mannnnnnnnn!"giggled Bee Bee as Keith squeezed her tight...

''Hey you two, save that for when you get home."laughed a tipsy Sofia....

"Dabnis....I'm horny!" whispered Jazzy to her husband..She was sitting on his lap..
 

"So am I...We'll be leaving here in an hour." he whispered back.

"Ouuuuuu I can't wait." giggled a happy Jazzy....

Kayla laid her head gently on her husband's shoulder....

"I love you!" Kayla whispered.

Ray kissed her cheek...He rocked her quietly....

"I love you too!" he whispered in her ear.

"I'm going to get it when we get home aren't I papi?" asked Jessica, smiling slyly....

"You could get it now..Let's go in the restroom."said her husband, Chip..

"Ouu listen how nasty you talk to me, Aye Mios Dios. You're going to have to wait until we get home for some privacy.Too many people in here for me to risk doing it in the restroom.""laughed Jessica loudly....

"The Tequila is getting to everybody...So Glad Beverly was able to get the buses to transport us here and home..I'd hate to be driving like this." said Natalie ,who was sitting on her husband's lap..

"I'd hate to be driving like this... I've got a boner for you that won't quit.."he whispered in her ear...

Natalie laughed... "Ouuuuuuuuuuuu..I knowwwww.I can feel it..Shhhhhhhhhhhh" She said...She then looked at Brooke.

''So you and Liv are really going through with this huh?"she asked.

"Yes, we are going the day after tomorrow...I've already set it up...I wrote to him and sent him three photos of me...Nothing lurid, just head shots..." said Brooke.

"His cell is probably as sticky as hell." laughed her husband, Sean.

"OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU! STOPPPP!"laughed Renee Cantrell...

Her husband Tyrell laughed loudly too!

The music began playing and everybody began dancing..

Aqua Bar was lit tonight as the young people say!

It was a nice night.

IV-

A HOTEL ROOM!

"Where am I?" asked Brooke

''We are in a hotel room, all alone Brooke at last....." said James Wilson.

"Judge Wilson??? What are you doing here?  You're in Prison....You're on Death Row..." screamed Brooke.

"I'm not in any prison....I'm here with you in this great room....Here have a Martini..." he said and passed her a Mango Martini..

Her favorite....

"How did I wind up here, alone with you?" asked Brooke..

"The stuff dreams are made of baby." he said softly....

"Or Nightmares!" said Brooke..

They began to kiss slowly, softly...

"You don't know how long I've dreamed of this moment...Ohhhh Brooke."he moaned.

She couldn't believe she was actually kissing this ,man who she detested.

then passionately....

"UMMMMMMMMMM YOU SMELL SO GOOD, YOUR SKIN IS SO SOFT!! AWWWWWWWW LAWDD!" he moaned loudly...

He laughed...Her lipstick imprint was on his jacket..

"You don't know how long I've dreamed of this moment...Ohhhh Brooke."he moaned.

"STOP PLEASE!" she begged.

He slowly slipped her panties down..

"I CAN'T STOP!" he cried out!

"OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH BROOKE!!! UMMMMMMMMM!" he moaned..

"No..Noooooo Please stop!" she begged...as he mounted her and began humping away....

"I can't stop....AWWWWWWWWW LAWWWWWD!!!!" he begged..

Brooke woke up in a cold sweat!

''Wake up babe!  Brooke Baby, wake up!!! You were having a Bad dream!" said Sean, he put his arms around her.

"I'll say....I was having a nightmare about that horrible man...Judge Wilson...Oh My God!!"said Brooke, shaking..

She kissed Sean...

She kissed him passionately...

"WOWWWW!" he said.

"Just want to make sure you were real.." she said, smiling..

"Oh yeah...I'm real baby!" assured Sean..."WOWWW!" he said.

They lie across the bed ,kissing passionately.....

"Hold me Sean, don't let me go." she pleaded..

"It's okay baby....I won't." he said quietly....as they kissed passionately....

And Six Blocks away-

"I had the most relaxing dream last night Donnie Ray...."said Olivia.

"I'm glad to hear it..." I said.

"You up for some early morning action?" she whispered in my ear...

"You serious?..." I laughed..

"Yes....you'd better hurry up before I change my mind." she giggled.

"Don't have to ask me twice." I said.

"I figured I wouldn't." she laughed.

She slid her panties off and lowered herself down on me...straddling me..

"OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH....UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!" I moaned..

"OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!" she cooed..

"OHHHHH MY GOD, YOU FEEL SO GOOD!" I said.
