"I remember them all ,I went up against them back in 2015...The Singeltary Case.." said Lance.

His friend, Former Judge H.Stanley Stanlison, now an attorney in private practice studied the photos and the dossiers...

"Yes, the Singletary Case...I was the Judge in that case...I remember Olivia, her niece, Beverly and her niece's husband, Nelson....and of course Olivia's husband, an ex-cop...Homicide Detective...Since then they've added two additional attorneys, Josephine Boyd and Bresha Billips, both very formidable attorneys..." said H. Stanley Stanlison.

"I've got a stronger case this time... A woman was murdered...She was four weeks pregnant...and by another man...Husband couldn't get at his rival so he dropped his wife...That goes to motive...The oldest motive in the book...Jealousy..." said Lance Roderick.

"You don't have a murder weapon and you don't have the other woman....Neither he nor the other guy lived in that building...Why was his wife there? If I'm asking these questions...Olivia and Beverly are going to be asking this question...You need more work on this case..Get Lt. Tragg to work on this case some more.. I know he doesn't like to be told to recanvass...but you've got to appeal to him to do it..You need more.I suggest you talk to Kelly Anne Mercer....She's got his ear if not another part of his anatomy...Talk to her." said H.Stanley Stanlison..

"Are you kidding? She's the Judge in this case and as straight as an arrow..She won't say anything to him... I've heard that when she's involved in a case that he's on...He can't even spend the night with her.."said Lance Roderick...

"That's what I heard." laughed H. Stanley Stanlison.

AQUA BAR-

It seems as if we had been going out a lot the past two weeks....All of us were working hard...but after the work day...We all wanted to go out and get loose..

"We were missing out on a lot by not coming here."said Yvette,.

"I know...The young people were on to something." laughed Gary...

"This is cool and we are in our own neighborhood."laughed Keith Jones.

"It feels kinda weird being here in our own cars."laughed Bresha.

"And no Lt. Tragg to be watching us and following us."said Sofia.

"Even if he did...We are close to our homes...He couldn't follow all of us."said Kahlil.

"Hey we don't have to worry about him at all..He's not even in the neighborhood." said Jade.

"Judge Kelly Ann is the judge in Olivia and Beverly's case and when she is the judge, she doesn't allow him to spend the night." laughed Danny Ho.

"Ouuuu I'll bet he's climbing the walls....going through sexual withdrawal..."laughed Virginia.

"Yeah like an addict."laughed Jetty.

There were tasty tacos tonight.....

"Ummmmm these are good..."said Jazzy...

"Yessssssss just like you." said her husband, Dabnis..

Jazzy giggled like a school girl...

Kayla munched on a Taco....while her husband passed her a Mojito.

"Thanks Babe!"

"You're so welcome babes." said her husband, Ray...

"This is soooo relaxing tonight." said Jessica.

"Yes, it is..." said her husband, Chip.

Karen was downing several drinks...

"Heyyyy go easy baby!" said her husband, B.L.

"Let her have some fun B.L." said Natalie, smiling.

She was sitting on her husband's lap.....David was holding her and drinking a Mojito with his other hand..

Brooke was also sitting on her husband, Sean's lap...

They both were enjoying Beers and Mojitos..

As was Zoey and her husband,

Renee was lying back on her husband, Tyrell's lap...

Tyrell was holding her tight and sipping Martinis...

Lots of drinks were flowing...

"Poor Hector...I feel as if he's still locked up..He seldom leaves our house..He's free on bail, doesn't even have a curfew and yet he doesn't come out with us."said Olivia.

"I told him he doesn't have to worry about Lt. Tragg...." I said.,

"He just wants this to be over."said Beverly...

"I understand how he feels...but he still should get out and have some fun...let loose." said Nelson.

"His wife was cheating on him...She's been murdered and he finds out his unborn child died along with her too and to make it worse...He's being charged with her murder.That would make me very depressed." said Josie.

"That's a hurt piece." said Paris.

"I know....but lying around in bed by yourself doesn't help you. I'm going to make him come out Friday Night when we go to the NO ID BAR..."said Bresha.

"You're taking on a lot Baby Girl." said her husband, Tony...

"I'm with Bresha...I'm going to force him to come out too!" said Alfreda.

"Good Luck with that." said Rockland.. "The man's heart is broken and to add insult to injury, he's being charged with being the cause of it." he said.

"It's Lt. Tragg's fault...Once again he does a half assed investigation..I'm glad I'm not an ADA anymore..I'd hate to bring this case to trial." said Nina Rios, an ex Assistant District Attorney, now working at the Women's Law Center.

Her boyfriend, Carlos held her in his lap...and just grooved to the music while munching on Tacos..

He and Nina lived the farthest from here.

Our new neighbors, Tony Richardson and his wife, Karla also sat with us...

Karla had a slight buzz....She leaned her head on her husband's shoulder.

Also in Aqua Bar that night was someone else...Gilberto Salizar and another girl...

a girl who was very, very pregnant...

"Well will you look at that....Gilberto Salizar...." I said.

"And he's with another woman...who is very, very pregnant..." said Olivia.

"How about that?" I said.

I walked over to the table where they were sitting..

"Hello Gilberto, you go from being hard to find to being everywhere..." I laughed.

He looked up at me in total horror....

"I got nothin more to say to you!" he said.

"Oh I have nothin to ask you ,not tonight..We are all in here having a good time right? Enjoy your night." I said with a smile and turned and walked away...

His girlfriend didn't bat an eye or even attempt to smile.

"Olivia Bennett, Beverly West...How the hell are youse guys." said the sassy bartender..

"Tessa? Is that you?" asked Olivia ,smiling..

"I thought you bartended at the NO I.D. BAR?" said Beverly...

"Oh I do....I'm moonlighting here....Christmas is comin you know.....I see your whole crew is out..."laughed Tessa.

"We all live around here....This is kinda like a neighborhood bar..."said Olivia.

"And you all work across the street from the NO I.D. BAR..... Seems tome like you all have the better clubs around here, Josie's, Aqua Bar, Stoleys, the Mermaid Crab Tavern...Guess you guys just like somethin different huh?" said Tessa.

Gilberto Sosa and His lady friend walked up to the counter.....He paid the tab and they quickly left...He decided that seeing me in here was a little too much for him..

"That's my piece of crap, ex boyfriend Gilberto Sosa..."said Tessa.

"You know him?" asked Beverly slyly..

"KNOW HIM? We lived together for three years....He's a man-whore...Couldn't get enough..Always wanted it and screwing my brains out wasn't enough....He didn't meet a woman who he didn't feel he shouldn't liberate her from her panties and bras....In fact, I found many pairs of panties and a few bras under the seat OF MY CAR!! that didn't belong to me..."said Tessa.

"Why is this story soooo familliar to me?" said Olivia.

"He's in prison, Federal Prison, serving 36 months..." said Olivia.

"He still holds weight on these streets....Daughter is loaded...She lives in the very fancy fancy Eastern Lofts...and what daughter wants , Daughter gets....He breaks her heart ,he winds up with two broken legs or worse...You don't see him around anymore! Get my drift?" said Tessa.

"Got it!" said Beverly....

Just then, Jazzy stumbled over to the bar....She was clearly drunk and laughing....Beverly hugged her good friend and laughed..

"Look at youuuuu!" she laughed..

"Hit me up Tessa! This is my last one of the night."laughed Jazzy....

"Dabnis is going to have to carry you to bed girl..." laughed Tessa.

"He doesn't mind!" laughed Jazzy.

"Auntay, that explains everything...Carmelita knew about him and Elaine Guadolupe...Knew she was pregnant by him and knew she was pregnant too, but not sure if she was pregnant by her husband or him....She wasn't going to confront Gilberto....He didn't live there...She was going to confront Elaine...." said Beverly...

"And he couldn't allow her to do that.....That might have cost him his life, breaking daddy's little girl's heart. I think we just filled in all of the blank spaces of this case." laughed Olivia.

It had been an interesting Night...The surprising turn of events that led to the seeming end of a case...

Olivia told me on the way home the facts the bartender laid out for them that filled in all of the blank spaces in this case..

"This was some day and some night , wasn't it Donnie Ray?" asked Olivia...

"Yeah..and it's about to get better...At least mine is.." said Donnie Ray.

"Ouuuuuu you are so horny....Do you mean to tell me that going to bed with me is the best part of your day?" she asked.

"Yes it is...I didn't want to say it..but since you asked." I said, laughing.

"Myyyyyyy goodness..I must admit I am flattered, but I don't think I'm all that good." said Olivia.

"You'd have to be a man to understand it.. Ask that horny judge always after you, hell ask Elwood even,." I said.

"If I was soo good, Elwood would still have me, he would have never of cheated on me.."said Olivia.

''Well Guess what? I'll never cheat on you and I intend to keep you as long as you'll have me." I said in between kisses.

"That's right and Gilberto couldn't allow that, considering who she is and who her daddy is." said Olivia.

"Her name is Elaine Guadolupe and her father is former Drug Kingpin, Santana Guadolupe, currently a guest of the Federal Government.

"Oh My God!!! I know who he is...Gilberto couldn't afford to upset her or have her upset..."said Hector.

"Exactly...A Bartender we know , who used to date Gilberto filled in all of the blank spaces last night at Aqua Bar..." said Beverly..

"We believe when your wife told him she was going to tell Elaine everything...Gilberto paniced... He now had two women pregnant...and he didn't know what to do...So he got rid of one...The married one."said Nelson.

"He didn't know that Carmelita was pregnant with YOUR BABY! Had he of known that, She'd be alive today...I truly believe that." said Josie.

"Maybe....She still , I mean Elaine, still doesn't know that he had another woman...a married woman...That wouldn't sit well with her either."said Bresha.
