Maximum Relaxation

 THURSDAY MORNING!  

 Thursday Morning found us all rested after a ride from Philadelphia to The Beach and a good night's sleep...

We were all lined up for a catered Breakfast....

"Oh this was right on time...I think we all needed a little break from work."said Olivia.

 

"We just closed two big cases, Vettie and the gang had that case that drug out through 5 trials." said Donnie Ray..

"They can blame that on Bruce Greene...What a tool."said Beverly...

"He and Lt. Tragg both kept pushing that." said Nelson.

''Well neither one of them are here now." said Josie.

"That's right...and let's not bring them here by wasting a day talking about them."said Paris.

"That's right...We are far from them right now." said Bresha.

 "That food sure smells good.." said Tony,.

"Thanks guys for helping me ,Olivia, Renee, Rockland and Kayla set up everything last night before we went to sleep." said Alfreda.

"Yes ..you guys were a great help."said Rockland.

This was Alexa's first time here....She had heard about our beachfront excursions before...but had not gone because she didn't have a plus one....That was different now..She had a plus one..

 

"This is sooo nice and Nelson owns all of this huh?" she asked.

"Only this house and next door...The cops came down here and bought the house next to them...They all come down here together...It's nice.."said Daniel Bristol....It was his first time here too..

 This was Toni and Eric's second time down here....Like Alexa and Bristol ,they were staying in the first house with Olivia and Beverly's group and Yvette's group...The two groups they had worked with...

"Oh I just love this...I hope they invite us whenever they come here..."said Toni...

"I love it too!  The Rooftop party and now this...Mannnn, this is lit.." said Eric Sellers...

 

 "We all deserved this break..."said Yvette.

"I know I did..."said Gary...

"This is a nice way to recharge before we return and get back in to the Lion's den." I said.

"Yes indeed and it's just Thursday....We can do a little shopping, go on the beach tomorrow...Hang out again on Saturday and by Sunday...We'll be ready to go home and back to work." said Bee Bee.

"I don't want to think about work.." said Sofia.

"And don't....This is our little midweek vacation..." said Kahlil..

"And maybe we'll be back for July 4th." said Jade.

"That would be nice." said Danny...

''Well since we are here..Let's eat drink and be merry."said Sean.

''And play some Pinocle..."said Zoey.

"Poker is my game." said Lem.

"I just want to listen to music and eat..."said Renee.

"You deserve to rest, you've done enough.."said her husband, Tyrell.

"Ouuuuuuuu I love these trips to the beach..." said Lee.

"I do too! Food, Fellowship, Fun..the three f's." said Matthew.

"And sex....a lot of bed springs were squeaking last night..." said Nina.

"Olivia was reading my mind...After cracking those three big cases, we all needed a break."said Sissy.

''We used to just party with ourselves.. How nice to party with all of them."said her husband, Eddie C.

"Olivia and I graduated from Girls High the same year...but we weren't that close in High School..I'm thinking now we should have been...Sharon was close to her..." said Carlotta.

"Yeah they went on to Temple and then U.Of PA. law School.." said her husband, ADA Keith Wallace.

"I was two years ahead of both of them." he said.

"I see they got the grills hooked up too...We don't have to go anywhere...we've got all the food and drink we need right here."said Tyriq.

"Carlotta and I plan to do a little shopping tomorrow and maybe hit the beach." said Sirena.

"I might hit the beach myself." said Jimmy.

"Me too! I bought two new bathing suits."said Angie.

"How bout you babes...Did you buy a new bathing suit?" asked Hop.

"I didn't buy a new one...but I brought the Orange one that you like.."said Sharon..

"That's good enough for me." laughed Hop.

Duke smiled at his wife Hazel....

"Glad to not be looking at any dead bodies?" he asked.

"Yeah, but I can't help thinking about that poor girl Brianna Rich we found yesterday with a meat cleaver through her heart." said Hazel as she and Duke got in line with plates t get their food..

In Tent One, there was a catered Breakfast...

And in tent two There was Grilled Meats, Grilled Seafood, Hot Dogs and Hamburgers, Creamy Pasta Salad, Pork and Beans and Cole Slaw and cold Sodas on ice and cold beers on Ice.

Alexa played music for everyone's tastes and there was Chess, Backgamnmon and Card games for all who wanted to play..

And a few blocks away was the beach....

This was Maximum Relaxation for the next few days...

It was Thursday Afternoon... 

Attorney Johnny Graham had no idea that Brianna Rich, Who he had spent the night with was dead!

More drinks arrived.

"I think we should go out on the Beach tomorrow..."said Sissy.

"Yeah, and do some shopping.. We were minding the store."laughed her husband, Eddie C.

"I want to go to the Beach...I bought a new swimsuit.." said Carlotta.

''We'll do that..."said Keith Wallace.

"Did you buy a new bathing suit?" asked Tyriq.,

"No but you can buy me one tomorrow and I'll model it for you." said Sirena.

"I like this bar..." said Jimmy...

"I like it too!" said Angie.

"Wow,we spent the day at the Beach house..We have to go out tomorrow." said Hop.

"Yeah, I've put on a few pounds these past two days...All this eating..."laughed Sharon..

"Ahhhhhhhhh Enjoy it...You'll have time to exercise in our gym at headquarters when we go back." said Duke.

Hazel laughed.. Glad to not be around Lt. Tragg the past few days..

And in Philadelphia...

THE OFFICE OF LT. ARTHUR TRAGG-

"Alright , what have you guys got?" he asked.

"The Street cams has this guy leaving the crib at around 6:49 am..

"That's Johnny Graham, the attorney...and partner of Mrs,. Rich's husband....

And that's his car, also caught on the street cam leaving..." said the Homicide Detectives...

"I know who he is...That's the hot shot attorney who defended Lauren Houser...Welllllll isn't this something...He was banging his partner's wife and left the residence right around the time of the murder... We got him cold."said a smiling Lt. Tragg.

"You want us to pick him up?" said one of the Detectives.

"Nah....I got this one." said a smiling Lt. Tragg.

MONDAY MORNING-

We were all back from our great few days at the beach and back to work....Having breakfast in our modern cafeteria. 

 "WOW, I must admit...It does feel good to be back...This should be an easy day...It was good that Virginia cleaned up all of our files and books before we left."said Ms. Yvette.

"Yeah...this is a rare day when we can all just kick back!" I said.

''We deserve it...We've been working hard the past few weeks." said Bee Bee.

"Yes you all have...I started to give you all the day off....but I can't be too good."joked Ms. Yvette.

Sofia cracked up laughing, "No Never that...We might get spoiled." she said.

"Today will feel like we are off." said Jade.

"Nice Day today....I may go out for lunch....Anybody care to join me?" said  Virginia.

"If you're going to the Fashion District, I'll go with you." said Bee Bee.

"I'm going to see if I have any cases coming up before me."said Jetty.

''Yeah I'm going downstairs and check on my current dockets.."said Jazzy...
 

Dabnis put his arms around Jazzy...."Do you need any help checking out those uh dockets?" he whispered in her ear...

Jazzy laughed..." No, that's alright...I have a capable staff..." she said.

"I know...let's go out and get coffee and pastries at Mocha Joe's for lunch...We can look at the River." said David.

"Maybe I'll walk down to your job for lunch today...It'll be a nice change."said Brooke.

''Yeah that would be nice."said Sean.

"Ouuuu I feel so good, So rested today." said Zoey.

"So do I.." said Lem, stretching out..

"I feel like making love." Renee whispered to her husband, Tyrell.

"Wanna Do something here? Upstairs in the Gym?" asked Tyrell.

"I'm going to see if I have any pending cases." said Paris.

"So do I....I'm glad we came back yesterday...We had a whole afternoon and night to rest..." said Matthew.

"Yes indeed...I think I'm going to the Fashion District for lunch today..." said Nina.

"Why that would be nice!" said Nina, smiling.

And at SAM MOTHER'S DINER-

Attorney Johnny Graham was enjoying a hot open faced Roast Beef Sandwich..

"Ummmmmmmmm, I've always been partial to the Hot Roast Beef sandwich they serve here..I know Curley's makes a good one...but Sam Mother's tops that...What do you think?" asked Johnny Graham.

and talking to a young lady who was eating a Corn Beef Special...

"I don't know...I haven't had Curley's. But you're right about this one ...This Corn Beef Special ,It is delish!!"said the young woman.

"Ummmmmmmmm, yes...Well you should try Curley's and then compare...They're both good.." said Johnny Graham...

They both devoured their sandwiches and washed them down with Sweet Iced Tea...

Lt. Tragg walked in with several armed policemen..

"Hope you enjoyed your meal counselor...They don't serve meals like that in the joint.." said Lt. Tragg.

''What are you talking about? You've made a mistake." said Johnny Graham.

"Only mistake made here is by you counselor... Get on your feet....Cuff him boys.. John Robert Graham, you are under arrest for the murder of Brianna Rich!" said Lt. Tragg.

"WHAT? BRIANNA IS DEAD?" asked Johnny Graham... She had been dead for three days now ! He hadn't heard...

"As if you didn't know! You have the right to remain silent...Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have a right to an attorney....You being an attorney, I'm sure you know that. If you can't afford one, which I seriously doubt,one will be provided for you....I know you understand what I've read to you...  You're in trouble pal, big trouble...Yvette can't save you from this.heh heh heh...Take him away boys...

Johnny Graham was ushered out of the restaurant.... As Lt. Tragg smiled....
